Wonderful stay!

We decided to come visit IOP for a quick weekend getaway with the kids and booked 29 Lagoon - lucky us! What a great condo, everything was super easy, great communication, super clean, comfy couch, beds and pillows and everything worked! Highly recommend and will stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice property for our family of four. Condo layout was great. Appreciated all the amenities… The pool, nearby Pickleball, easy walk to the beach. Very quiet.A few cleanliness issues. Alec was very professional and responsive.

Beautiful Rental

We loved this property. It was perfect for the five of us. Beautiful decor, very clean and well maintained. We loved the surroundings as well. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Short walk to the pool. The beach is so close. We highly recommended this rental.

Terrific!

Clean & comfortable! Great location, an easy walk to the beach and onsite pool. Surrounded by lots of walking and biking trails. Lagoon alligators, turtles, birds and jumping fish for entertainment right outside the window. Owners are quick to respond and more than willing to help as needed.

Relaxing in Perfect Beach Condo

Loved always being near water.. relaxing lagoon… or just a short walk to beach! Or relax poolside! Have it all here! Villa 29!! Comfy, clean condo.. stay in and cook or warm up delish leftovers from nearby resteraunts! This was just what we needed! Thanks! Will be back!!

This is an older property but well kept. It had most everything we needed, even some things we wish we knew were there before we purchased in advance (chairs, boogie boards, etc). The walk to the beach was fine and I’m sure will be even shorter once the main beach access point is open. Downsides were that the washer/dryer combo was terrible. Nothing ever got dried. Also, there were golf carts all over the lot and on property but we were told we were unable to rent and park one there which was frustrating. Overall it suited our needs and we had a great week!

Loved this location! Quiet, gated golf community that also includes a resort with a few restaurants that are walking distance. Beach is an easy walk across a small street and we were happy to find lots of beach gear with our rental. Inside was quiet, clean and had all we needed. Some of the surfaces have been updated but it’s definitely an older unit. Didn’t impact our stay at all and we’d come back!
