This premier property features some of the best views of the bay and lake. It is nestled on the west side of the bay directly across from beautiful Fair Haven Beach State Park and less than a mile from the West Barrier Park. You can expect to enjoy yourself relaxing and viewing the bay from one of the three decks or large permanent dock. This home features 5 bedrooms with brand new luxury mattresses. There are three full bathrooms with continuous hot water. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Great room with living area and dining with seating for fourteen for entertaining. Additional living and entertainment area on lower level including home theater , pool table, and additional refrigerator and sink. Seperate laundry with washer and dryer. Beautiful hot tub and fire pit off lower level.

The property was amazing! Our wedding party stayed, plenty of beds and seating for everyone. Bernie is an amazing host, very accommodating, communication was great, he came over a walked through the house and showed us all the amenities. Had a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better host and property!!!!!

The house, the property, the surroundings, the host were all high-quality and contributed to an excellent vacation for our family. We loved the large kitchen with extra appliances, the amazing view from the living/dining room, the fire pit and hot tub, and sittin on the dock of the bay. Highly recommended!

We had a beautiful week on the bay as an extended family of 18 aged 4 and up! There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and the beds we all comfortable and clean. We loved relaxing watching the water, taking out small boats, swimming, or just floating. The owner lives nearby and is extremely responsive. We already booked again for next year! Highly recommend.

A rare instance where the property not only lived up to the pics and description but was even better. The owner really thought about the needs of a large group, met us after arrival to give a run-through. Kitchen well-stocked with cookware/utensils, two large refrigerators, plenty of counter space for cooking, oversized dining table, kayaks, great fire pit, all of it. Beautiful spot right on the lake with a nice little dock. The bay is great for getting out on the water, the nearby stone beach is beautiful, and the sand beach across the way at the beautiful park is well worth a visit. Highly recommended for a large group.

This is the best of many fine VRBO properties that I have stayed at with my children and grandchildren. Little Sodus Bay is beautiful and we had excellent weather and also wonderful fireworks and celebrations on the 4th and 5th of July. We have been at another house owned by the same family twice before and have already booked again for next summer. We are a family of 3 generations ranging in age from 14 to 87. The house and waterfront dock are well equipped and maintained. The owner is almost next door and responsive to needs or questions. We love the movie set up and all the outdoor seating. The kitchen is well equipped for a large group. My family finds it a great place to gather and reconnect.

Absolutely gorgeous property and so much for the kids to do! Great dock, if you have a boat, pool table, hot tub, fire pit what more could you ask for. This place certainly lives up to the reviews!

Beautiful vacation rental

We stayed here for a long weekend in June and were happy we chose this property. The house was clean and comfortable with beautiful water views, and the host was very friendly and responsive to questions. The house is in a great location with a winery just down the road and a beautiful state park a few miles away.

Family vacation

We had a great time. The double kitchen was amazing. Enough room for all the cooks. The lower level worked well for all the boys. The guys went on a charter fishing trip, caught enough fish for a nice fish dinner.

Perfect wedding getaway!

We had the absolute best stay and it was perfect for housing our bridal party after our wedding. The house is absolutely breathtaking and offered so many amenities to keep us entertained! And I mean - you cannot beat the views! I highly recommend this property and the owners were incredible to work with! Can't thank them enough for the perfect stay after our perfect day!

We had a large group of 18 and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has 2 of most things and that was very helpful. The yard and dock were great for the kids. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return!

A large property with lots of room and sleeping quarters. Excellent view of the bay and Lake. Hot tub was a hit. Kitchen is well laid out with double refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers. Enjoyed the home theater watching a classic musical.

One Word… WOW!!!

This place was absolutely beautiful!! We stayed here for our wedding at Collocas and had our entire bridal party stay here with us. Everyone fit so comfortably and we had so much space! The views were incredible!! We will absolutely be staying here again in the future :) What an amazing house!
