This amazing, three-story home features five bedrooms for couples, an unbelievable bunkroom for kids that sleeps 10, and four and a half baths! Soft, sea-inspired colors flow throughout, and whitewashed shiplap lends a coastal feel.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The second-floor, primary gathering space allows for stunning, panoramic views of the Gulf. French doors lead to the spacious porch with bountiful seating for entertaining and soaking in the water views. Friends and family will love time together in the open-concept kitchen and living room, with vaulted ceilings and a decorative fireplace. Sink into the cozy sectional sofa and enjoy the flat-screen TV with Sonos surround sound. The gourmet kitchen with custom granite countertops and state-of-the-art, stainless steel appliances is any chef’s dream. Double ovens and double refrigerators are fabulous additions to this family-friendly kitchen. Dine at the table that seats ten or at the kitchen island, with room for three more.

The first floor features an additional family room with a couch, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and wet bar with sink. The deck out back welcomes you with a beach breeze as you relax.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: First-floor bedrooms offer four distinctive options that make any guest feel pampered. Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and the other a king attached to two jack-and-jill bathrooms. The kids will be entertained in the massive, second-floor bunkroom, with five, built-in twin bunk beds, bean bag chair fun, and Sonos surround sound, and a private bathroom with double vanities. The primary bedroom is located on the third floor under vaulted ceilings. Wake to breathtaking sunrises and sip coffee on the private balcony. On cool evenings, enjoy the warmth of an in-room fireplace. The primary bath features a large soaking tub to sink into after a day of fun in the sun at the Port Aransas beach!

GREAT FEATURES: First-tier dune views and stellar Gulf-front views set the home apart. You’ll also be steps from the graceful dune crossover for easy beach access! The double wide paver driveway offers plenty of parking. And when you’re not at Kiera’s Pool or the beach, you can explore Cinnamon Shore’s other pools, along with the shops and eateries at Town Center and on Market Street.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sea La Vie is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the home, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Beautiful property with 2 refrigerators, 2 laundry rooms and 2 dishwashers. Well stocked kitchen. We had an amazing trip and loved walking across the street to the pool. Called maintenance twice and showed up quickly

It is gorgeous, well planned and the kitchen is better stocked than my kitchen at home... Cinnamon Shores itself seems like it is much better run these days. Don't know if they got new management but the process of check in and out, golf carts and beach rentals was much easier to navigate... We will be back!!

Great house for big families

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea la Vie at Cinnamon Shores. Pros- plenty of room, great view from upper floor and good view from middle level kitchen and deck, very convenient to the boardwalk and pool, outdoor shower, the bunk room is wonderful for children and has so many nice details, the air conditioning works great on every level of the home, two laundry rooms, two dishwashers, and the Cinnamon Shore staff is friendly and helpful. Cons-the shower heads in bottom floor bathrooms are very high and difficult to reach, the elevator was not working and the hose for the central vac was pulled out and on the floor when we arrived, Cinnamon Shore sent workers out to attempt to fix these things, but they were not able to while we were there

It's difficult to find a satisfactory house for our large family (we are grandparents with 4 married children and 6 grandkids), but this house was perfect. The grandkids loved their large bunkbed room...thought it was the best bedroom ever. We all enjoyed the beach, pools, and various community activities. Book your shrimp boil on the beach early as that's a popular event. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they were fixed immediately. We highly recommend Cinnamon Shores to families of all ages!

However, renters should know that the owner keeps the garage locked and there isn't a hose to wash your golf carts or beach items. So we always had sandy stuff and tents on the driveway or by the front door. There is a small shower to rinse feet. Also, there is only a tiny closet and small dresser in the Master bedroom. This was kinda a pain for a week long stay. If we come back, we plan to rent a different house.

The houses are beautiful, 3 nice pools and beach access is great.Sea La Vie is a great home and well appointed. There were a couple of major issues that did not get resolved when we were there. The elevator was broken and had my husband and i not been able to climb three flights of stairs every time we needed to get to our room, this would have been a MAJOR problem.Also, the doors to the balcony of the bunk room would not lock and would open randomly. We had 8 young kids staying in there and i felt very uncomfortable with that. I reported the issue and maintenance came the evening BEFORE we left to fix it. HUGE liability in my opinion.

Fortunately there were some nice breaks and we went to both the beach and the pool. 15 of us! 8 adults, 2 teens, 5 children, 2-9 years old. We played games, sang songs with our banjo player, watched football games and a movie, and thoroughly enjoyed being together. Sea La Vie was the perfect size for our family.

Reviewer Comments: Cinnamon Shores is our favorite spot for our yearly family vacation. We stayed at Sea la Vie this year. We have a large family and always need the extra room and space. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the 3rd floor. You can see the water from the second floor. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. However, the house does need a few things such as dressers in the bedrooms and beach towels would be great, or at least say “bring your own.” Also, the refrigerator is broken and another refrigerator was brought in and places in the kitchen which took up extra room. The house needs a little attention and updating. We had to call Cinnamon Shores several times for maintenance and pest control for ants. They always responded promptly and tries to fix the problems. It’s hard to fix the needs issues while renting it week to week. Maybe a little time between rentals will allow all the issues to be resolved. We loved our trip and time together and have already booked another house for next year!!!

The location just off the beach and directly across the street from the Keira's pool could not have made it easier when herding our large crowd. The house was clean, the kitchen VERY well stocked (we like cooking in) and the bunk room was great for the kiddos. This was our first trip to Cinnamon Shore and are stay at Sea La Vie convinced to come back next year!

Best Family Trip!!

Sea La Vie was beautiful and an amazing property. We had 6 adults and one child and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their space and privacy. It was turnkey, and very clean and organized. Beautiful view of ocean!! Directly across the street from the pool which made it very easy to go back and forth. . Restaurants were wonderful, and loved the golf cart rental! Very easy to get around the property with golf carts. Movie night was fun! We all agreed that it was the best family vacation we have ever had, and we would definitely rent again! Thank you for making my Birthday weekend wonderful!

Reviewer Comments: The door locks are difficult to use.Master bath door knob fell of the first time to walk in and I reported it the next morning but no one contacted me or fixed it. The master bed is the worst bed I've ever slept in, both sides dip in - must be very old and never replaced - unacceptable! The master pillow shams had orange food stains on them and dirty. Laundry machine off master did not work. My son in law woke during the night to have a roach on his arm and they found another in the downstairs laundry room. Dont ask Four Seasons prices if you dont deliver Four Seasons property.
