The Palace is designed for large groups of friends or family seeking unparalleled quality, luxury and comfort in a 7,554 sq ft, 4-story home with an elevator, a heated salt water pool & spa, 5 Master Bedrooms, 2 bunk rooms and a 3rd floor main gathering area with a bar, pool table game room, living room and outdoor decks with stunning views.

With four living rooms to choose from, guests can spread out or gather together in the 3rd floor Great Room where the kitchen is equipped with a massive granite bar with seating for 10, a dining table with seating for 10, a large living area with a fireplace and 85" TV.

All bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable with premium bedding and linens.

The entire 4th floor is a Penthouse Master Suite with tremendous views of the Gulf, the Bay, sunrises and sunsets, the golf course and more. This suite has a comfortable living room, two outdoor decks and large bath room with double vanities, a shower and a jetted tub.

The Palace is Palmilla's tallest luxury home which maximizes the views of the Gulf and Bay as well as the golf course and a fresh water lake teeming with dozens of species of local and migratory birds.

Everything in the home was designed to be the "best of the best" from the sub-zero and Wolf appliances, to the large and comfortable rooms, soaring ceilings, stunning views, high-speed WIFI and HD Sony TVs..

A private 6-seat GOLF CART with a blue tooth sound system is included in the rental and provides convenient access to the Resort Amenities, the beach and the City of Port Aransas.

The on-site private salt water pool and hot tub area is resort quality and offers a private alternative the large community pool which is about 100 yards from the Palace. A large gas BBQ grill is included as well.

Palmilla Resort offers guests beach services including private chairs, umbrellas and air conditioned bathrooms. The community Pool & Guest Services are about 100 yards from the PALACE. The golf pro shop, Black Marlin restaurant and the new fitness center are also close by.

Luxury and Convenience in Port A's only golf/beach resort. It simply does not get better than "The PALACE at Palmilla".

Family friendly Beach home

We loved our stay. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Susan, the property manager, is AMAZING. She had everything ready for us and is so welcoming upon our arrival. Susan checks in to see if we need anything regularly. This is definitely a family friendly home and we look forward to going back.

Another great trip!

This was our second visit to the Palmilla Palace and we loved it once again! Sandra was very communicative and helpful. Home was very clean and extremely well stocked when we got there. We’ll be back!

Never Disappoints!

Our fourth trip to Palmilla and second stay at The Palace. Everything about this house suits our family perfectly. Very comfortable and stylish. Susan, the property manager, makes everything work seamlessly. TV issue, no problem…she talked us through it. Food Delivery before arrival…awesome! We Love The Palace!

Awesome Property 10+

My family celebrated my 80th Birthday 16 adults and 1 8-months with me. Everyone was impressed with home. - this property far exceeded our expectations. The home is amazing and the golf cart made going to the beach and down town more fun. We enjoyed the community pool as well as the one in the home. Susan was the best property manager she was there whenever we needed her making our stay the best.

Amazing Palace

We had an amazing stay at the Palace. This was actually our second stay here within a month. The property is beautiful, spotless, and has every amenity imaginable! The property owners, and the property manager, Susan, go above and beyond to make it an unforgettable vacation experience. We couldn’t be happier with our stay! Perfect for large groups

This beautiful home is much larger than the photos can show. We had a group of 16 adults and everyone had more than enough space to stretch out. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We are extremely grateful for Susan, the Property Manager, for going out of her way to help make this trip a huge success. Perfect Beach House & Impeccable Customer Service

We have stayed in this home before and it is not only breathtaking with a fabulous view of the gulf, but the home is spotless, roomy, welcoming, and has everything you could possibly think of that you would need. Not to mention, the house manager, Susan, is incredibly helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and communicative. We rent vacation homes often, and this is by far my favorite home. I would give this property, and Susan, 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable, such a beautiful, great place for a large group stay. Literally had everything we possibly could have needed, and more! And everything seemed brand new, and very very clean, like it had never been used! And the host was the BEST, answered any question or text within minutes. SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

This stunning home had plenty of space for our mini family reunion. 10 adults, 5 children and we all had our own private areas yet a fabulous gathering space with plenty of room. The views & balcony’s were our favorite parts of the home. Location is perfect to the pools and boardwalk to the beach. The provided golf cart was an added bonus even though everything is within walking distance. Amazing home!

Beach was closed but our stay was fabulous

This is our 2nd stay at this property. It surpasses any of the other homes we’ve stayed at in Palmilla. Susan is an Amazing Manager which makes all the difference in how a person is welcomed! Everything is pristine and well organized. Susan is available to answer any questions at anytime. The weather did not cooperate but the house is spacious and family oriented. Even when ithe beach closed for a day or two we had fun. We loved being there and will definitely go back! Gabby

An amazing family vacation

Our entire family was there,kids grandkids and great grandkids. The entire place was beyond our expectations. Our host Susan Kirkman was so accommodating. She was very quick getting back to us with all of our questions and needs. She sent sweet texts letting us know she was always available for us. I absolutely would recommend this place, and hope to return.

Worth every cent

The home was spotless, impeccably decorated and I would have thought we were the first ones to have stayed in the home if not for prior reviews. We had 5 families with kids from 2 weeks old to 13, and everyone had an incredible time. This is my third time to stay at Palmilla but this home is head and shoulders above the others. The property manager was exterior attentive. We are planning a return trip soon.

Exceeded our expectations!!

Everyone had a great time! Plenty of room and lots of activities for all. The house was amazing. There were no cutting corners on this beautiful home. Every detail of the house was very well planned. Top of the line appliances, beds, linens, TV's, utensils, games and it was so well stocked. I might add the beautiful view of "The Wave Pool" as my little niece was calling the ocean. Susan, the property manager, was so nice and helpful. She made sure that we were all there to relax and have fun. We felt so at home.

Brooks Family Trip

Second year in this beautiful home. Nothing is lacking. Every room has touches and designs. A living space for every bedroom area. The kitchen is amazing especially w the 2 dishwashers and the view. Same for master suite. And check in with Susan is over the top! Even had groceries delivered from H‑E‑B and she met the delivery and has everything put away before we got there. She is a sweetheart and has a solution for any question!

Amazing home and hosts

The property was exactly what you see in the pictures. The four floors were a perfect balance of rooms to entertain and rooms to rest. We truly loved the layout. All communication with the owners first rate and the property was absolutely perfect. We use Homeaway several times a year to book homes and the owners were the most responsive of any we have worked with. We went as a small party (only 7 people) and their was so much room that we did not use half the home. The furnishings and quality of the home were spectacular. The 6 person golf cart was so much fun to use and made the daily trips to the beach so much more fun than riding bikes. If/when we come back to Part A, we will book at the Palace.

Amazing family weekend

Everything exceeded expectations! The property is extremely spacious. The elevator was definitely a must have. The kitchen and living area was well designed to have our group of 20 enjoy each other’s company comfortably. The game room was utilized by our group of teens to the fullest. The hot tub was likewise used to its full extent. The outdoor gas grill was convenient but due to the wind it was not really able to cook the amount of food we had planned. Not an issue as we were able to still cook an amazing meal in the kitchen. Access to the beach via the golf cart was absolutely necessary as the beach was a little too far off to comfortably walk and the beach is a public one so there were lots of people so space was limited but with the golf cart we could go back and forth so it was enjoyable. The property manager Susan was also professional and very attentive. You will enjoy this home for your large group for certain!

Ocean View Luxury Mansion--clean and safe, too

This place exceeds expectations. It's everything you need for a safe and luxurious family vacation. The location is ideal with ocean views from multiple balconies. The house sits on a pond with the beach and ocean just beyond. The birds come and go from the pond--quite relaxing. The neighborhood is isolated and quiet. The included six-person golf-cart makes for a fun and quick jaunt to the beach. We reserved chairs and umbrellas and stayed isolated from other groups. I recommend grabbing/marking your spot early because this beach is popular. The pool table room is high end. The covered spa and partially covered pool were a family favorite. And with ping-pong in the air-conditioned garage, we were constantly entertained. The kitchen is gourmet and spacious. Two dishwashers and a huge fridge and tons of counter space. The capacious cabinets hold more dishes and bowls than I've used in my lifetime. There's a stocked Keurig and a supply of spices and oils (at least while we were there). We had all groceries delivered on the day of arrival so we could keep the entire trip in isolation. The TV and music technology is impressive. Tons of music options to play throughout the home. More TV options than I was expecting. And who doesn't love an 85" screen TV? You'll want a millennial to help you out with the remotes and wall system because they're kind of complicated. Susan managed the trip and gave us great advice. She was more responsive than Siri. I recommend tipping her well because she provides a caring concierge service I've rarely seen in a rental home. Trash was easy to manage. We had to collect and take home our own recycling. We needed a house to accommodate disability and we were not disappointed. The elevator was easy and convenient. Several rooms have toilet handles. One has shower handles and several can hold the included shower chair. The big kitchen table and counter and the multiple living rooms gave us quality time for games and arts & crafts. The full bar was appreciated. A large ice maker and creates a space away from the kiddos. Each of the seven roomy bedrooms has a private bathroom. And there's an extra one by the kitchen and a half bath by the pool. All are sparkling clean and stocked with soaps and towels. The beds were cozy. The AC works well. We noticed some rooms and bathrooms got colder than others, so we adjusted accordingly. The was our pandemic dream vacation. It ain't cheap but it's high value.

What a view! The pond this house backs to is constantly filled with pelicans, egrets, ducks, and seagulls. There are turtles and dragon flies. And I guess because of the wind, no mosquitoes. Sitting on the balcony made the trip.But the house is incredible, too. It’s one of those real home VRBO’s, with details like games, supplies, spices, and thoughtful perks like a high end sound system throughout the house. Plus it’s really well cared for. There was a bevy of snacks upon our arrival, plenty of towels, and a house manager who checks in and can set the heated pool to your preferred temp. Just lovely.The community has a beach club and restaurant, which was convenient.
