Banyan Breeze BB833 is a luxurious 3 story Gulf Coast vacation home in exclusive Banyan Beach. The house has 3 large floors, 3,550 total square feet and is equipped to sleep up to 18 guests. The covered decks facing the Gulf provide spectacular views of the water. All levels of the house are connected through an easy access elevator as well as inside stairs. Both entry doors are handicap accessible, for wheel chair entry. The 1st floor has 2 King suites and a game room with kitchenette, dining area, HDTV, and queen sleeper sofa. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, including 2 king suites that share a 10' deck facing the Gulf. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a full bath. 1 has a King bed, the other has 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The upper 3rd floor has Gulf views and a large open living area, that includes dining, kitchen, and a 1/2 bath. The dining area is designed with 2 large tables that combined provide seating for up to 20 guests + 6 additional seats at the granite island. The ample kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is ideal for entertaining. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at this home. Sorry, no pets allowed. - The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
