This vacation home is a great getaway for a weekend or a week-long stay. You are within walking distance to charming downtown Douglas, steeped in fine art and cuisine; and a short drive to downtown Saugatuck. Downtown Saugatuck is a waterfront hot spot known for shopping, dining, and nightlife. This rental is the upstairs of the home. The upper level has private entrance and is locked off from a lower level space also with a separate entrance. The lock off is in a stairwell away from the living space of both units. Completely separate and private! The upstairs has a full kitchen, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a living room with pull out couch. The upstairs rental includes a beautiful 3 season room with tons of sunshine pouring in. The outdoor space is on the left side of the house in a private, gated, large patio. The space has a hot tub, grill, and dining space. This is a perfect vacation rental to retreat to after a fun filled day!
