This vacation home is a great getaway for a weekend or a week-long stay. You are within walking distance to charming downtown Douglas, steeped in fine art and cuisine; and a short drive to downtown Saugatuck. Downtown Saugatuck is a waterfront hot spot known for shopping, dining, and nightlife. The city of Holland is less than 20 minutes away and always worth the trip! This rental is the lower level downstairs of the home. The lower level has private entrance and is locked off from the upper level space also with a separate entrance. The lock off is in a stairwell away from the living space of both units. Completely separate and private! The downstairs has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with pull out couch. The outdoor space is in front of the house and includes a fire pit, grill and surround seating. This is a perfect vacation rental to retreat to after a fun filled day!
