This is a great house for family vacation. There was plenty of room to gather together and the porches are awesome. I liked the large kitchen and dining room separated only by an island. That gave us an open area with so much room to work. The beach access, which is directly across the street, is "pet friendly" so our fur baby could enjoy the beach too.

The cleanliness of this house was terrible. My young children found pills under 2 of the beds which is just dangerous. The house was very dusty like it had not been actually cleaned at all recently. There were dirty towels in two of the bathrooms. We moved the couch slightly to be able to use the recliner, and there was like a pile of sand underneath. The house also needs some serious updating. There was a broken chair out on the upper deck. Most of the outlets were too loose to hold any plugs and I had to charge my phone in the kitchen. Half the lightbulbs in the lamps were burnt out. It literally backs up right to 1, so you cannot keep windows open even if it's cool out because it's so noisy from the cars flying down the road at night. I do not recommend anyone stay here until they put some money into fixing up and doing some serious cleaning.
