Property location was fantastic and layout of the house both inside and outside was great. Carried our boat and had plenty room to park it and other cars/truck. Beds were very comfortable but felt the funtiure needed to be updated in den. However, it is a rental so totally understand the wear and tear it most likely gets. Host were amazing and checked in regularly to see if we had any questions. AC system worked great and kitchen seemed to have everything we needed while there. Overall, I would recommend this rental especially for anyone with kids or an older crowd. The beach access, outside shower and closet full of beach toys and chairs was fantastic and made life very easy for us as an older crowd.

Owner/host was spot on. As to the management company they are only out for the dollars. Owner had reported issues with vents (mildew/mold) which were not taken care of. Not fully cleaned (porch and food on couch) Pictures are not a true representation of the property, TLC is need. Location is great.

Check in was easy and communication with the host was impeccable. The beach had some trash laying about but being next to a public entry, I could see that occurring. We just picked up what we saw. We had one instance where there was a bit of confusion with another group trying to party on the private beach section in front of the house. I don't think there is anything anyone can do about that and it didn't ruin our stay. Everything was amazing. There were a few spots on the couches that were a bit dirty and most of the shelves in the fridge were somewhat broken. There was a small hole in the upstairs bunk room wall next to the windows. NONE of these things bothered us. The beach view was amazing and worth every penny. The ONLY suggestion I could add is that for a group of 10, like we were, there weren't really enough towels for all of us to shower without washing every towel, every day. Aside from that, THANK YOU for allowing us to make memories with our family!!!

It’s was so comfortable for our group of 6 and a baby. Plenty of room for everyone to have time alone or gather around the table for game night. Spectacular views! End of Summer Trip 2024

Only downside to this location is that public beach access is both sides of home and no one enforces breaking down of beach setups at night. Even the Fort Morgan rental company setup 3 tents directly in front of the home.

Amazing views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The house was clean and had everything imaginable that you would need at the beach. Multiple grills, beach toys, plenty of dishes/pots and pans, & even a crock pot. Love that there was no huge sand dune to climb to get to the beach, just a short walk to the water. Views from all windows & decks simply amazing. Cons: Kitchen layout was odd with the fridge blocking the walkway when open & filter needed changed. Couch had many stains and the pull out bed smelled too bad to use. Internet was basically non-existent at no fault of the property management (outages in the area). Main floor rooms have to share a shower/bathtub.
