Great host! Perfect spot they had everything you could need. The wagon and all the beach stuff was great. We cooked on the grill and ate outside every night. The hot tub was amazing. Our 2 yr old son loved the play room with toys and books. Great stay would book again

The hot tubs max temp was 104 and it did reach that temperature but it needed to be warmer. It was still very nice and enjoyable.

Loved the location, house was great! Last half hour of the trip was met with the hot tub guy wanted to clean the hot tub as we were last minute going to use it. As we left he was in the property cleaning it. I did not feel this was very professional and did not appreciate taking the privacy away on the last part of the trip.

The house had alot of stuff ( toys, beach towels, wagon to bring to beach)…NOT fully air conditioned! One room has a small window ac upstairs ( that is pretty loud) and a bigger portable ac is in the living room. Due to the heat two of the three rooms upstairs were unusable
