Artist Loft West Plaza
Converted Artist Loft in commercial building in West Plaza - close to everything - Country Club Plaza, Downtown - Very walkable neighborhood with coffee shops, retail shops and restaurants just out the door. Cozy and spacious at the same time. It has a great electric reclining sofa with Chaise lounge chair too. And an additional recliner and comfy chair in Living Room. Bed is a queen and sleeps two. We have extra sheets for the sofa if needed.

We live just a couple houses down from our building that we converted to apartments. So it's very easy for us to host them as short term rentals. We have decided to do 30+ day stays but you are welcome to ask about shorter terms.
Why they chose this property
We purchased our commercial buildings in 1969 and got a house in the deal so we moved down here in the early 80's to be closer to our office.
What makes this property unique
There is nothing like it in West Plaza. There are apartments above retail stores but no ground level lofts.
