Coconut Beach Resort once belonged to the late Senator John Spottswood. He originally purchased the property because of its quiet location, the predominantly Southeasterly Ocean breeze, and a sandy bottom beach.
Most of the guests are owners; people who enjoy coming to Key West on a regular basis. Most of our sales are “in house” to existing owners who want more vacation time, Interval International exchangers that have been fortunate enough to trade into Key West, or renters who decide they would rather own!
Our intimate Resort features 30 two-bedroom/two bath, and two one-bedroom/two bath units overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. After more than two decades the overall availability of weeks for sale remains at incredibly less than ten percent…our owners just will not part with their piece of Key West!
If you are dreaming of owning a tranquil “home away from home” with the best weather in the continental US…in which to cherish precious time with your family and friends… come on, walk out by the ocean, feel the breeze in your face, and listen to the sound of the wind blowing through the coconut trees. You will agree that the Coconut Beach the Senator fell in love with years ago is still here today!
