Beautiful, newly-built (completed June 2023), custom New England clapboard style home with three bedrooms (sleeps 6 max) each with en-suite baths located in Cape Porpoise, one of the most beautiful and desirable neighborhoods in Kennebunkport.
This new house sits on the site of our old summer cottage that we rented for the past 10 years. We completed construction in June 2023. We have a 5.0 star rating with 34 reviews on the previous property and fully expect to continue to provide a top-notch rental experience to our guests.

The Wright Gallery - a beloved landmark for thirty years. This Cape Porpoise art gallery specializes in fine traditional New England art ranging from “superrealism” to more cubist interpretations of realism. Over forty artists are displayed, featuring an array of distinctive work including oils, acrylics using both knife and brush, watercolors, pastels, Scherenschnitte, Trompe L’oeil and more.

About the host
Hosted by Brian Glaser
My husband and I are both native New Englanders and fell in love with Cape Porpoise and everything Maine about 11 years ago. We plan to retire here soon. We finished a complete rebuild of the property in June 2023.
Why they chose this property
Cape Porpoise is a quintessential Maine coastal village, just 2 miles north of "downtown" Dock square.
What makes this property unique
Brand new classic New Englander clapboard style cottage with charm and character abound. Harbor and ocean marsh views all around and just a few minute walk to restaurants/bars, fresh lobster/fish/seafood (across the street), groceries, wine/liquor, library, art gallery, coffee shop and prepared foods.
