Letting Geaux is a stylish 4BR/3BA retreat for up to 8 guests, perfect for winter escapes. Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and fully opening doors create true indoor/outdoor living with brilliant mtn views, while the ethanol fireplace adds cozy warmth. A chef’s kitchen make meals easy and social.

Downstairs, enjoy a game room with pool table, sleek wet bar, gaming console, yoga mats, and direct access to the private hot tub under starlit skies. Outside, gather at the firepit for s’mores or sip coffee on the deck surrounded by nature.

You’ll get a private smart lock code the day of arrival for easy self check-in. Enjoy full access to the home, deck, and hot tub, plus shared use of the community pool, fire pit, trails, and luxury gym (Peloton, Hydro rower, TRX).

Guests will enjoy self-check-in with no personal greeting. Communication will be handled exclusively through email or the booking app, where we are available to assist with any immediate needs. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive to ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable.

Letting Geaux is located in a North Georgia upscale neighborhood of environmentally friendly modern homes. Conveniently situated near the charming mountain towns of Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee, Murphy, and Hayesville. Enjoy easy access to Crane Creek Vineyards, John C. Campbell Folk School, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, and Young Harris College.

House Rules:
• Max occupancy: 8 guests. No exceptions.
• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use—tampering prohibited.
• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.
• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.
• Return the key to the lockbox at checkout. Lost key fee: $200.
• Shares a property with the main house—please respect their privacy.
• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.
• Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (seasonal & weather dependent). Pool is not heated. Hot tub is tablet-controlled inside the pool house.
• Guests are responsible for excessive messes. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Parking: Park only in graveled areas. No street parking. Guest is responsible for any fines.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside and on balcony. $200 fine + cleaning fees for violations.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM–8 AM. Noise ordinance enforced. $250 fine + citation amount. Tampering with noise devices = $250 fine.
• Parties: Not allowed. Violations = $500 fine.
• Amenities: Follow posted rules. Pool is seasonal and not heated.
