Come Stay in this wonderful Country House. It has two Bedrooms with a bonus room off the second bedroom with twin Bunk Beds. Enjoy cool night breezes in the rocking chairs or huddled around the fire pit outside. A working kitchen with upscale appliances and induction stove top allows you to boil in 2min. With the exposed vaulted ceilings, you'll feel like you're in a farmhouse lodge. Cool off in the zero edge pool overlooking pastures and wildlife. Over 3k sqft of patio space to entertain and host your event. And of course Swim up to the zero edge pool & oversized Spa!

Enjoy the Warrenton and Round Top Antique festival only 10-15 min away respectfully. Only couple miles in from hwy 71 allows you to easily access it, run to the store quickly in La Grange for food/dinning. Drive into the surrounding towns for their local restaurants and boutique shopping. This is the best of all worlds, country home that is only an hour close to Austin & Houston!!!

10/10. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Amazing time, place and host. Highly recommend. The property is awesome! Great food nearby but even better, great pool and house. This won’t disappoint and we plan on coming back soon!!

This place is such a gem! You will forget that you’re just outside of a big city and really feel like you’re in Tuscany. Outdoors are beyond words with the beautiful landscaping and there is a constant breeze that keeps it cool even in the hot summer months! The host is very easy to communicate with and fast response time. This is our second time booking this house. Incredible!

The host is amazing and very helpful with any recommendations needed and help with the house. We will stay here again, the view is absolutely gorgeous, and the hot tub was so nice after a long day of shopping! The outdoor space is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice!

The house is lovely and comfortable, but the pool and gardens are even more impressive and unexpected. This was a perfect spot for our Round Top visit. We would recommend and would return gladly.

This place is a real piece of Tuscany! As soon as you exit the vehicle you're greeted by music and the sound of a creek that sets the really sets ambiance. A beautiful home that is better in person than the photos. Communication with the host was great! He was always available to turn on/off the hot tub as needed. The only thing that was weird was that there's no bathroom door for the master bath, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be sure to visit the Jersey Farm! You can feed the animals, bottle feed a calf and milk a cow. We took home fresh milk and a few tshirts from their store. We'll definitely keep this house on our list of favorites!

Great escape!

We had so much fun with friends here. We explored La grange and it was a short drive to round top and other fun things to see! We relaxed and played games at the house and the setting was perfect! Would stay again.

Selfishly I would love to gate-keep this property because it is a literal dream. Everything in the interior was immaculate, the exterior somehow even more so. Top all of that with the incredible touches and personal details and care taken in every step of our booking and you’ve got yourself a perfect stay. That pool? I will dream about it until I return.
