Welcome to our Happy Place … Waikoloa Beach Villas, #N3, located in “The Gathering Place of the Kohala Coast” on Hawaii Island!

We created a special space where we, and you, can feel relaxed and enjoy a condo that reflects the beauty and spirit of the Big Island. Decorated with the tranquil colors of the rainforest, sandy beaches, and the ocean, our “Hale” (home) reflects Hawaiian flora, fauna, culture and history.

We always feel peaceful in Hawaii, and we hope you will find your own peaceful spot in our home. It could be relaxing on the lanai enjoying the beautiful sunsets and golf course views, or grilling dinner on the built-in BBQ. Or maybe watching the 55” smart TV in the living room while seated on the cinema-style reclining sofas. Both of the bedrooms also have smart TVs.

Behind every decision we've made for our, and your, comfort at Waikoloa Beach Villas (WBV) #N3, our top priority is cleanliness. We want your visits here to feel uncluttered and easy. We hope you will feel the Spirit of Aloha and Malama as we warmly welcome you to our Big Island Paradise home.

In addition to a clean and comfortable setting, we hope to provide our guests at WBV #N3 with everything you will need for your visit … a modern kitchen with all the appliances to make meal preparations easy including a rice cooker, drip coffee pot, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle, and of course, dishes, glassware and cookware. You will have central air-conditioning, though we encourage you to open windows and doors to be cooled by the balmy ocean breezes. There is a garage for parking your car.

Our WBV condo has the best location in Waikoloa Beach Resort! #N3 is a coconut's throw away from one of two beautifully landscaped community pools with spa and outdoor shower, the fitness center, and BBQ grill. It is also a four minute stroll to Queens Marketplace (Starbucks, Island Gourmet Market, as well as full and quick-service restaurants and cinemas) and to Kings' Shops (Tommy Bahama, Tori Richards, Crazy Shirts, Jams World and other local and national retailers, full-service restaurants such as Roy's Waikoloa Bar & Grill, A-Bay's Island Grill and Foster's Kitchen), shave ice, ice cream, free live entertainment and farmers markets. The Marriott and Hilton resort hotels and golf courses of Waikoloa Beach Resort are also a few minutes away.

And for us, and many of you, the best part of a Hawaiian holiday is…the beach! The family-friendly, white sand beach at “A-Bay” (Anaeho'omalu Bay), is a short walk or drive. Wear your flip-flops to A-Bay's world-famous Lava Lava Club oceanfront restaurant. Several more of the world's most beautiful beaches are also nearby.

Wonderful Waikoloa Property
The location of this property could not be better, so close to lots of high quality shops and restaurants. Many within walking distance. The property itself was wonderful! We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the patio with lovely sunset views looking down the fairway. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Well equipped kitchen
The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, including a rice cooker, an electric kettle, an assortment of pots and pans, along with the toaster and coffee pot. I was impressed with all of the food storage containers. We dine in for most of our meals and it was nice having containers to store our leftover food. There was a new olive oil, along with salt and pepper. I also thoroughly enjoyed the couch that had built in recliner. The place was perfect for our needs.

This was a beautiful unit in a great location! Being next to the pool was amazing. We enjoyed all the extra amenities that were provided in the condo. The garage had everything you need for the beach. It was very clean, and the check in/check out process was a breeze. We felt very taken care of the entire time. My only recommendation would be to update the lighting. The light bulbs utilized were dim and yellow which made it tough to see. Either way, I would highly recommend this unit and management company!
