Nice supersized condo with AC and great breezes at night. Lots of room to spread out with 2 bd and 2 and 1/2 bath. Close to beaches and away from the hustle of the resort. Kitchen with lots of pots pan and dishes for in house eating but likely could use some additional cooking utensils and appliances but it works. Peaceful and right next to golf course so beautiful views and serene.

Drew and Tess are great VRBO hosts, communication was great, check in was seamless, and place was as advertised. Location was perfect for access to all activities on the island, as well as having access to all of the community amenities included with the HOA (nice quiet area, great pool, and discounted golf). Appreciated the use of the beach items; spent many hours in the beach chairs appreciating the beauty of the ocean. Thank you again for helping make our experience on the island relaxing and enjoyable!

Home was immaculate, extremely clean, stocked with everything we we needed ,very well decorated, and spacious. Communication with our host was outstanding. They were very responsive and all directions and details were readily available and made the drive from the airport to the home and getting into the home very easy on our first day.We would highly recommend this home and a host to anyone that’s considering traveling to Kona. This is a hidden gem and you won’t be disappointed.!

The home was exactly as listed—spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Drew was a wonderful host, and Amy, the property manager, was very kind and accommodating, especially in helping with our daughter’s needs by providing fans. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re not sensitive to warmer indoor temperatures like my daughter. Thank you Drew and Tess for being great hosts, and have a Happy New Year.

Home away from home

The property was really nice! The owners thought of everything to make our stay feel like home, from the beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, fully stocked kitchen, labeled light switches and device charging stations. I often struggle with sleeping and have trouble being comfortable with the mattresses when we travel. This bed was so comfortable! Goldilocks has found her bed! We highly recommend staying here!

Waikoloa Village Fairway

Generous size and nicely furnished condo, with beautiful landscaping. Owner bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. Due to the extremely high local electricity rates, the air conditioner controls for cooling were limited to 75 degrees. That information would have been useful ahead of time.

Awsome host!! Beautiful place! Drew really made this stay a truly amazing one for my family! The place was clean and stocked up with things you could use full kitchen was able to cook meals every day! The grounds are beautiful really nice pool. We would definitely stay here again!!
