We love the Big Island so much, which is why we chose to make it our home. We've spent our weekends exploring the island, and after you book a reservation, we share all of our personal favorites and recommendations! If there's something in particular that you'd like to do while you're here and want some insight, we're happy to help, just ask!
Why they chose this property
When we travel we prefer to "DIY" our vacations rather than the all-inclusive route. This is one of the reasons that we love Waikoloa Village; it's the most convenient community if you want to explore the different areas the island. If you're looking to enjoy some waterfalls on the Hilo side or Volcano National Park, you're much closer than if you stay in Kona or the Kohala coast. Want to enjoy the dining, or farmers' markets of Waimea, you're less than 30 minutes away! Looking for the best beaches on the island? We're ~15 minutes away!
What makes this property unique
If you've been to Hawai'i before, then you're likely familiar with the "1992 Tommy Bahama" vibes that most vacation rentals (and many hotels) seem to hang onto... We don't know why either, but we weren't satisfied! If you're looking for Tommy Bahama, you'll need to head to The Shops at Mauna Lani... Our condo is newly renovated and complete with modern amenities. All jokes aside, we actually do provide the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, which are notoriously the best!
