Convenient Long Beach location with individual parking space in the building. The host thought of every detail to provide excellent and immaculate accommodation. View of Long Beach Harbor and beyond is truly special.

Great Place

I stayed in this apartment for two weeks in June 2014 and it was a delightful stay. Great view of the LB marina and Performing Arts Center...many boats, cruise ships...an idyllic and peaceful view day and night. Wonderful ocean breezes. So conveniently located: what a delight to take the elevator to the theater! the LB ICT ( a lovely small theater) and the Performing Arts Center, a larger venue are just downstairs. The building is beautiful; apartment is nicely furnished and well equipped, though I wanted to eat out. Movie theaters and restaurants within walking distance but my favorites were a little further: The Art Cinema at 4th and Cherry and a new gastropub/tapas bar next door to the Art: The Social List...try the Yeti Beer. I took an overnight to Catalina Island...the landing is very close to the apartment or bus #121 takes you right there. The Long Beach Passport, a free ride, will carry you to other nearby places. You won't regret your stay.

Small Family of 4

This unit was very nicely decorated. It was comfortable and had everything your own home would offer. The panoramic views were spectacular; from the city lights of Palos Verdes, up close Queen Marry, distant ocean and sandy beach. Even the night time views were stunning. Being on the14th floor, how could it not be. There was plenty of space for our small family of 4. The location was within walking distance from everything. The building offers a lot of amenities such as secured underground parking, a common Barbequing area, small pool, jacuzzi, and a awesome gym. The building is very secure with 24 hour Doorman. Our only challenge was we could not get Internet access on our lap tops; and I suggest getting 2 FOBs (electronic security devise). A FOB is needed to go anywhere in the building; ie, in-and-out of the pool area & gym area, even to go up to your floor. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I had lots of questions prior to us renting this unit and she was very pleasant and the communication back and forth was very prompt and responsive. All and all we had a wonderful time, it was so much fun. I would definitely recommend this place.

Best little gem in Long Beach

Kathleen provided everything you will need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Centrally located to all the restaurants, entertainment and what view of the ocean and activity of all the private and commercial vessels going in and out the harbor. You'll be entertained day and night.

Amazing views! Fantastic location!

Perfect place and location to stay in Long Beach. The unit is in such a nice, welcoming building and we felt so cozy and at home there. Kathleen has done such a good job equipping the unit with everything you would need to be comfortable and the king size bed is a great plus! The location is close to anything you would want to do in Long Beach. Great restaurants, Long beach walks, shopping, shows at the Performing Arts Center or the Laugh Factory, free yoga on the bluff, farmer’s market at Bixby Park and the constant activity of this interesting city. Thank you Kathleen for being such a wonderful host and making this such a memorable experience. Can’t wait to come back. ❤️

Beautiful views, access to just about everything and Kathleen made sure our stay was enjoyable.

This villa looks just like the pictures. Has everything you would need. The view is absolutely beautiful. Walking distance to the beach, downtown and grocery stores. We fell in love with the breakfast bar on Atlanta and Supermex! So good The only thing I would advise is when sleeping the lights from the Performance center shined through the room. We prefer the room to be pitch black. So maybe adding curtains to the bedroom would be nice. Other than that this was the perfect stay for the 5 weeks we needed and we could not have asked for a better person to rent from.

Very Nice!

We were greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic owner, who helped us carry in our luggage and gave us detailed information about Long Beach. The apartment located on the 14th floor is tiny but perfect for a couple. The building was very secure, with a gym, parking, and the view was to die for! We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Long Beach Vacation

We were very happy with the accommodation and our communications with the owner. Bookings were made from New Zealand and involved several Emails etc. When we finally arrived several hours late due to flight delays, a warm welcome awaited us. The Unit supports panoramic views over the Marina and Long Beach Bay. 10 minute walk to beach and supermarket. Small convienience store opposite the building. Bus stop outside the building. Numerous restaurants within a short walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Ideal for a couple but would be a little confined for any more. Suited us just fine and we had a great 8 night stay. Lots of sightseeing and recommend hiring bicycles and riding to Belmont Shore and Naples along the beach paths. Catalina Island is an excellent day trip.

Great stay in Long Beach

If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable condo in Long Beach this is the place. The views are tremendous and it's located close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping. There is a nice Vons store to buy groceries within a couple of blocks which was wonderful since we were travelling with kids. The condo is very well appointed and there was plenty of room for our family of four. Spent a ton of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and Queen Mary. The Red bus is very convenient and although we had a car, we used the bus to go to and from the Queen Mary. The owner is very accomodating and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Long Beach.

Picture Perfect

If you are looking for a place with a view of the coast than look no further. The photos above don't do this condo justice its actually better than what you see. Very secure quiet building and if you plan on staying and playing in Long beach DON'T rent a car as everything is a close walk. If walking is not an option the $1 bus is great. The condo itself is clean and has everthing you need even binoculars if you forget yours like myself. Again I can't stress enough how exceptional the view is, an evening cocktail on the balcony with that view = pure relaxation. One upgrade I would suggest would be installing a flat screen t.v. other than that this place was great.The Owner was a pleasure to work with and had everything in order upon arrival. When returning to LB I will be sure to stay here again.
