Next to CONVENTION CENTER & BEACH!
You will LOVE OUR LOCATION! We are in the HEART of Long Beach! Most of our guests DO NOT need a car at all to go around, everything is walking distance. We are walking distance to the Convention Center and two blocks from the beach and conveniently located right next to The Village Market (Large Liquor and Craft Beer selection), Vons, Sturbucks and multiple delicious cafes and restaurants, bars and juice stores..
TRANSPORTATION FROM THE LAX AIRPORT:
If you are coming from Los Angeles Airport, you can grab a FLYAWAY bus for only $7 dollars, it is a direct line without any stops and will drop you less than 0.3 miles away from our apartment! Less than 5min walking distance!
Long Beach Downtown Metro station is block away from us (Metro A Line - Blue)
Bike rentals are available all over Long Beach (very convenient).
Sleeping arrangements:
We can host up to 6 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 2. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors.

PET POLICY:
We allow pets on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse. We charge an additional $150 per pet if allowed which goes towards deep cleaning to accommodate future guests who may have allergies. This charge is mandatory no matter what type of animal it is. Please know you must inform us of any pets prior to booking.
PARKING:
- Street parking which is free on both sides of the street right in front of our unit (first comes, first served). Parking at metered spots is free from 6pm until 9am – PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE STREET SWEEPING SIGNS
ADDITIONAL PARKING OPTIONS:
Additional parking is available at the corner of Long Beach ave and Broadway, 2 blocks away from the apartment. It is $5 for overnight parking. You would be able to pay and register your car by downloading LAZ parking app on your phone.
Our building is completely secure and equipped with security cameras throughout the building. In addition, our unit has a Ring Doorbell for added security. Tempering or disabling outdoor cameras is STRICTLY prohibited, and we reserve right to cancel reservation for security reasons.
HOUSE RULES: - Absolutely NO smoking inside. Minimum $250 cleaning fee. - No illegal activity including drug use or underage drinking - Our community agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. - Notice to party people, drunk people and just overall loud guests. Please be respectful of the neighbors. We do not have thin walls but if you are being loud enough where the neighbors can hear you, they might call the cops. A fine ranging from $300 to $1000+ will be charged if the cops are called. Reminder, quiet time is 10pm-8am. - We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or the loss of personal belongings that may occur while on the property. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises. - Upon recipient of the full payment, all guests agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This sleek and modern spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is great to come back to after a busy day or night out in Downtown Long Beach. This place has absolutely everything you need for our stay. This spacious and modern decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is perfect for families or large stays. We have AC in both bedrooms so you can control the temperature while you are sleeping. We have a full kitchen with all cookware, utensils, and plates/bowls/cups needed. Our promise is to always communicate in a matter of seconds unless it is extremely late or extremely early. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and urge any and all guests to call if it is urgent, even if it wakes us up. Long Beach residents commute in a variety of ways including car, ride share, bike, scooters like bird, and bikes. Our location makes all forms of transportation usable and easy. Like any downtown area, parking can be challenging when street sweeping causes residents to park on one side.

This place is very nice, easy to access the beach and had excellent correspondence with the owner, she always replied right away, was kind, and gave great and clear instructions. It felt very homey due to all the amenities like smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, fully functional kitchen, and spacious closets. Lots of great restaurants at short walking distance. We loved it.
The location was great. A short walk from the convention centre. Look shops are even closer. The apartment block is dated. We met a few residents during our stay and they were very friendly. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of living space. Check in and check out was very, very quick. Sonja was very active in communication. A well managed property.
At first I was cautious, I've been to Long Beach a few times and am familiar with this area, and its not bad. The building is secure so I felt completely safe here. The interior of the building is in need of paining, but when you enter the unit? Its SO cute and well decorated! I absolutely loved it. We stayed over a weekend and Saturday night was a little noisy with sirens and such, but its a city so it wasn't unusual for me (I'm from Vegas lol)
Only one block away from Vons, close to restaurants, shops and about 10 minute walk time to the Pike. Super location!

We were staying for a long four day weekend of Volleyball at the Convention Center. We enjoyed the apartment for 3 adults and 2 kids. The location is great! We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and the Convention Center. It was quieter than I expected (only real noise was sirens here and there.) The neighborhood had amazing restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed the food very much. There is also a convenience store just 1 block away. Parking was an issue and though there IS street parking...it is hard to find close to the apartment to load and unload the car. We parked at the Convention Center which felt safer than street parking. We were able to leave the car there the whole trip saving $$. There are quite a few unsavory type characters sleeping on the streets and hanging around the neighborhood but we went out as a group and we did not have any problems.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was close to the beach, convention center, and lots of shops, restaurants, and bars. The hosts were great with communication, the place was clean and equipped. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Absolutely wonderful time the VRBO is Great 👍 and very friendly. My family enjoyed the location and the walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Sonja was great making adjustments for us and responding quickly.
We were in town for a week long conference at the LB convention center. For us, we found the property to be well located, easy to access access, good neighbors in the building and reasonably clean. This is an older historic building, but everything worked. The management/owner was very responsive when we had questions. All in all a great stay.
All I can say is scam!! The property owner started harassing me during our stay accusing me of having extra guests which we did not. She let me know she had been watching us come in and out of her property ( creepy) and knows we have extra guests. I explained before we checked in that we had extra guests and they would be staying at a near by hotel. We were still charged for extra guests even tho they did not stay at this property. I have reported her to the state of California and opened a claim with VRBO. I have never experienced a property owner like this. She is only out to scam people for extra money. Save yourself a major headache and book a different property.

Unfortunately this happened a lot when people try to sneak in guests. Yes, we do have cameras outside the property and we clearly can see who check and out. On our listing profile, house rules and check in instructions we clearly state that ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS CAN STAY AT THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. Unregistered guests will be charged $49 per person per day! It’s became so normal for people to feel entitled to brake house rules and walk away with it, but not at this property. We have all documented and would gladly show anyone who needs to see it. And on the side note, Carie and her additional guests harassed our neighbors. They think it’s ok just to bring people in the unit, no big deal, they are center of the universe, completely disrespecting residents in our building. So if you are another Carie, PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY! WE DON'T NEED DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE!

Felt like it had not been properly cleaned especially with COVID 19. Objects underneath couch and the blankets on bed felt dirty. Also a camera on the door where it can see in the apartment when you open it which is invasion of privacy.

Jackie smoked weed in our unit and was issued a fine. Unfortunately, this is not an honest review.
The place in really nice INSIDE. Host has many camera on the front door we’re I felt it was invading our privacy. Definitely was taxing my stay for extra people that didn’t not stay the night but I was still being taxed. I was not satisfy with the host and stay. Don’t book here !

Kali was very young guest who came to party at our property. She brought 8 guests total but registered 2. We do have cameras in the building and outside our apartment, that is listed on our profile as well. Trying to sneak in people without paying for it is not something that we allow and she was unhappy about it. But clearly they were super young and nobody wanted to host them as they are problematic. They also smoked weed at our property so this review is not honest at all.
We enjoyed the location of our stay, the property was clean and owner communicative. We had a circuit go out and I appreciated an instant call back to help us solve the issue. It is a noisy part of the city and the air conditioner did have some clicking noise when it turned off and on so that disrupted sleep but overall the property had what we needed for our stay. Parking can be hit or miss so that added a bit of stress as well.
This place is the most perfect location. Walking distance to anything you could need. Once we parked our car, we did not have to drive anywhere until we checked out. The apartment was so cute. We rode scooters all over the place. The beach is within eye shot of the apartment. Just perfect. We would highly recommend this home!
The description of this property is right on point not only on how lovely the interior is but also it's location in Long Beach. Sonya was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in downtown Long Beach!
the apartment is very dirty. sticky floor, dirty and bad smelling laundry, dust everywhere. door handles, switches - it was not clean and it was not safe. the bulbs in the house were not working. the rooms are terribly cold.

Unfortinately this was not an honest review, Luliia was upset about additional pet fee that she had to cover and as a result she decided to complain just about everything to avoid this charge. Writing this review was her way trying to hurt our rating.

Very Good Communication; Place Could Use a Deep Clean; Interesting Neighborhood
First, let me say that the communication was very good.
Areas of Improvement: Place needs a deep clean (especially during Covid-19). KITCHEN: There was food and older condiments left for us to use (no thanks), the microwave was very dirty inside.
LIVING ROOM: dusty floor; dirty sock and container under the sofa.
MASTER BATH: Very low pressure water for the shower. MASTER BED: the linens smelled used, there were stains on the pillows and mattress.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Unfortunately, the homeless population /activity makes walking around the area feel unsafe.
On a positive note: The host was very responsive to test messages.
Property is near a lot of restaurants and pier area. I loved the we could walk everywhere. The unit is nice with separate bathrooms for the bedrooms. Could use more amenities like more towels, a blender, beach towels,etc. This would make it feel like a home away from home. Great response from owners when we needed them. Thank you
Really nice to park car for free and walk about 4 blocks to convention center. Nice grocery store 2 blocks away. Can walk to Beach front if you want past convention center. Comfortable and great hosts!
The accommodation was great for value. Location was close to downtown Long Beach and short walk to major restaurant and bars. Close to local grocery store.
Owners were very communicative and checked in daily to ensure we were enjoying our stay. location was great for going to the aquarium, beach and restaurants. the in-room air conditioners made it very nice. good amount of kitchen supplies for breakfast cooking. We enjoyed our stay here.
