Wrap-around deck, equipped kitchen, 2 parlors, grand formal dining room, beautiful chandeliers, over sized bedrooms and plenty of attention to detail.

Book this gorgeous property for a minimum of 3 nights and pay a $495 surcharge for the ultimate affordable event (includes tables/chairs)! Just message us for availability. Beautiful house!

10 family members stayed here for a wedding in nearby Clinton. It was perfect! Spacious rooms and such a great kitchen - well stocked with everything we needed. Would love to go back just to sit on the front porch a little longer!

Dream house

The house was amazing. Lots of room for all 10 of us. Beautiful old house. Cozy, welcoming and spacious. Kids had space to play outside. We will be staying there again.

Fantasitc older home

Our larger group was in need of a pretty large house to stay at while we attended a local event. This one had plenty of space and a ton of character. Everything was extremely clean, and the kitchen in particular was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the group. We'll be putting this location on the list for potential future stays in the area for sure!

Superb Stay

The host Angela was wonderful and so helpful. The home was amazing and perfect for our family. We had an amazing time and spent quality time together at a beautiful place. There was so much room and the atmosphere was so beautiful. The kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, everything was wonderful. This place is perfect for any occasion. Amazing Wedding Weekend

Me and my wife had our wedding down the street and this house was amazing for the amount of guest we had, space for guest, and loved the historical feeling being in the house. My family loved it and friends were jealous. The stairs we historical and the rooms was beautiful. Amazing time, great place, and comfy. My parents also stayed downstairs in an amazing master bedroom so they did not need the stairs. Definitely recommend it.

What makes this property unique

This home belonged to a prominant South Carolina family who owned it for its first 90 plus years. The original home owner was the brother to Nathaniel B Dial, a former SC senator. Many community parties and events were hosted at this property back in the 1900's. Today, many of the original woodwork details remain inside the home, while functioning to suit the modern lifestyle of today.
