Modern Coastal Breeze is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Rockport. This place sleeps 8 and is a perfect getaway for any occasion. It offers updated amenities, front and back patio with views of the water and an incredible view of the sunset/sunrise, and is a short 15 minute drive to the beautiful Rockport beach. Additionally, Rockport offers a wonderful bird watching oasis and a Main St historic district with gift shops, fishing gear, and more.
The space
Modern Coastal Breeze is a 3 bedroom 2 bath modern home tucked away in the relaxing Holiday Beach in Rockport, TX. Holiday Beach is small, Bayfront community just 10 miles from downtown Rockport and the beautiful Rockport beach.

It sleeps 8 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

This new, modern coastal home in Holiday Beach features high ceilings and plenty of space to entertain the whole family. Whether it's fishing, golfing, bird watching, or relaxing at the beach, you're sure to find something for everyone.

We're fortunate enough to over look the winter refuge for a variety of birds including Whooping Cranes. Our back patio offers one of the best spots for birdwatching. Additionally, our front patio is a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunset and sunrise.
