Cà Maria is located in a prime location, at walking distance from village center, shops, restaurants and ferryboats but still in a very quite site. The balcony overlooks Lecco branch of the lake and Villa Giulia park. All the lake view pictures of this listing have been taken from the property balcony. It is composed by a large living room with open kitchen and access to the balcony, a master king size bedroom, a queen size bedroom, both of them with windows overlooking the common garden. On the balcony a table and 4 director's chairs can sit comfortably 4 persons and allow to relax and enjoy lake view and nature
Master ensuite bathroom with bidet, tub and shower with crystal panel against splashes. Guest bathroom with crystal shower box. Cà Maria apartment is an ideal place for couples that want to have a comfortable living space as well as for families and friend groups that will enjoy to share common areas having privacy in private bedrooms /baths .
No buildings in front of the balcony and an old cypress give a magnificent view and a unique atmosphere. The elevation from the street offers complete silence at night and you will bring extraordinary memories back with you. Industrial style and good taste characterize this charming property where details show all the love used to decorate it.
A private parking space and appliances (dish washer, air conditioning in bedrooms, washing/dryer machine, hair dryers, coffe machine, microwave, kettle) complete the property. In 2025 old air conditioning has been replaced by a new silent one and one new water heater has been added to increase warm water supply. The center of Bellagio and its suburbs are built on steep terrain so you often encounter stairs and climbs everywhere. Cà Maria has a nice sunny common garden all around the building. We enjoyed sitting in balcony looking at the Greta view of the lake. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything you need. Nice quick walk downhill to the town.

Unreal view and very roomy apartment

If you like great views, you’ll love having coffee or a glass of wine on the porch, looking at Lake Como. Well appointed and near to the shops in Bellagio.

Apartment was well equipped, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. The walk up from the ferry is steep and long. The owners were wonderful in getting in some hypoallergenic bedding for me at the last minute.

Quiet Retreat

Quiet neighborhood outside town, but not too far - very walkable. Nicely appointed apartment - plenty of space and outstanding view. The ptoperty management team was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Second visit as great as first

Another relaxing stay at Ca' Maria. Exactly as pictured, view to die for, perfect for two couples. Carlo even arranged an early check-in for us, as our flight from U.S. arrived 7:30 a.m. in Milan, and we were tired! Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in Bellagio with a spectacular view!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfortable and the city center was only a fifteen minute walk from the apartment. Lots of options for dining and activities. My favorite was sitting on the porch enjoying lunch/sandwiches from the local market and a bottle of Prosecco the host provided for lunch.

Amazing Time in Bellagio

This property was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful in planning our time in Bellagio. The apartment had everything we needed and the view is just amazing. It is about a 15 minute walk to the center of Bellagio and you can go left or right when you leave the apartment which was good to go different ways depending on where you are going. I would highly recommend the apartment!

Beautiful view!

The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot. Would recommend 100%!!

Bellaggio apartment with lake views

I lovely modern two bedroom apartment with an exquisite view of Lake Como. We enjoyed eating dinner on the terrace overlooking the magnificent lake. It is a 20 minute walk into the town of Bellaggio; be prepared for an uphill climb back to the apartment. The apartment feels very secure and we enjoyed a comfortable stay here. It is an excellent spot for exploring Bellaggio and the neighboring towns.

Everything we expected

Properly great. Location great. Comfortable beds, fantastic view, kitchen amenities perfect. Owner and representatives went out of their way. I had an ankle injury before my trip. The team who assisted from check in to travel from the pier to our sailing day with Bellagio sailing all considered how to help me best. I would totally stay here again. Had a great sailing day. Thank you Carlo, Carla, Andrea, Michael, and Christina. We had a wonderful trip.

Gorgeous views and charming apartment!

This place is fabulous! The location is amazing and the views are incredible (we sat and watched a lightning storm over Lake Como from the balcony!!). Carlo is a wonderful host. The apartment has everything you need and there are tons of restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. I do recommend a car! I can’t imagine arriving from the ferry with luggage (etc). We rented a car and the on-site parking was great. We also hired Carlo for a boat tour around the lake. It was a huge highlight of our trip and I recommend it!

Relax and explore lake como

We ended a 1 month trip with 4 nites in Bellagio. Excellent location gave us plenty of options to ferry to other towns, walk around Bellagio or play on the lake. Carlo and Marzia made check in and any communication a breeze . The East view from the apartment was spectacular and the kitchen was well out- fitted. We had great meals in and lots to choose from in town. All walking distances albeit an uphill walk home. Parking space was key. Loved everything. Thank you Carlo and Marzia!!

Spacious apartment with balcony view

Our family of 3 adults stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. There is free parking on site and a small balcony which gets the morning sun. The apartment has a washer/dryer, drip coffee maker and toaster which was not necessarily standard in other apartments we stayed in. There are 3 keys required to get into the gated yard and apartment which are a bit of a challenge and could be improved with color coding. Bellagio is beautiful! If you are driving be aware that the mountain road is narrow and windy. The owner was very responsive and I do recommend staying at this apartment!

Beautiful, spacious apartment on the outside of town.

We loved this apartment. Air conditioning is a must during the summer and the units in the bedrooms worked well and were sufficient. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has a washer and dryer (combined in one machine) which is rare around here. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. We loved our boat tour with Carlo in his speedboat! There was a scheduling conflict which was a bit of a stress but Carla and Carlo worked hard to arrange a new time for us and gave us a discount to compensate for the mistake. The proximity to the little village where their boat harbor is and to Bellagio town is good. A bit of a hilly walk which we liked except in the heat. Overall, we would recommend this property!

5 Glorious Days in Bellagio

We have traveled for many years and specifically most of Italy. This was our first time in the northern lake region. It was MAGICAL! This property has every comfort necessary and an AMAZING balcony view of the lake. Our introduction to the property was great, restaurant recommendations helpful and the location was tucked nicely away from the busy city center. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and linens clean and soft. This home is located behind a gate and is very secure. As parking is an issue in town we walked each day to and from town. Get ready to get your 10K steps in. One night we called it quits and had a taxi ferry us home from La Punta restaurant. Best money I ever spent. This property was beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Bellagio. Ferries were easy to navigate and the town center and side streets well worth the amount of steps. It was AMAZING! Bellisimo✨

Great girlfriend trip!

A girlfriend and I stayed at this 2BR/2 BA apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a lovely view of the lake from a nice small balcony. It took us 10 minutes to walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Our check-in was a little rushed (as we were late due to a train delay) so we had to pull out the manuals, located on the bookshelf, for some of the appliances and try to figure them out as they are very different from USA. It was nice having a washer/dryer combo. The dishwasher was a little more difficult to figure out. When we had an issue, owner was quick to respond and resolved our problem. I would definitely stay here again! It was comfortable, beautiful, and is in a great location within Bellagio.

beautiful property, awesome location

we enjoyed our stay very much. Location was close to town, but we were glad we had a car. walking at night or in the rain would have been difficult. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the living room and balcony for just hanging out in the evening or morning coffee.

I am a deep lover of Como Lake and in particular of Bellagio; I am a professional sailor and I started sailing on the lake when I was 10 years old.
At 16 years old I went to Bellagio by motorcycle and I always passed near Cà Maria dreaming to buy an apartment inside that property and in 2007 I fulfilled that dream.

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because I was in love with that house and because it's a very nice apartment.



What makes this property unique

The most important Cà Maria benefits are: a marvelous lake view from the living area and the quietness during day and night and I think my web-site can transmit this mood.
At the same time it is very close to the village center and in 7 minutes you'll be in the heart of Bellagio.
