On the balcony a table and 4 director's chairs can sit comfortably 4 persons and allow to relax and enjoy lake view and nature

A private parking space and appliances (dish washer, air conditioning in bedrooms, washing/dryer machine, hair dryers, coffe machine, microwave, kettle) complete the property. In 2025 old air conditioning has been replaced by a new silent one and one new water heater has been added to increase warm water supply. The center of Bellagio and its suburbs are built on steep terrain so you often encounter stairs and climbs everywhere. Cà Maria has a nice sunny common garden all around the building.
