This striking tiny home boasts a sleek all-black exterior that exudes contemporary sophistication and blends harmoniously with its natural surroundings. The location provides for quick and easy access to nearby lakes, state parks, marinas, casual and friendly fooderies, event venues, breweries, and wineries.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed interior, adorned with a modern farmhouse theme that combines the best of both worlds. The cozy yet spacious living space invites you to unwind, while the well-appointed kitchen beckons you to channel your inner chef. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and airy ambiance.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The stylish bathroom, every detail has been carefully curated to ensure your comfort and relaxation. This tiny home also offers an upstairs loft with queen bed and foam couch, perfect for the kiddos.

There is fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen features all the essential appliances and cookware you may need during your stay.

The dining area has a small island that can also be used as a desk, making it convenient for those who need to catch up on work or study during their stay. High-speed internet access is provided, ensuring you can stay connected throughout your visit.

The living room is equipped with a couch and also features a 32" tv equipped with streaming services.

Both (2) decks are screened in and we offer MisquitoNix spray system so you can fully enjoy the outdoors with less bugs. Serene and Unique

This was the first time we have stayed in a tiny house and we really enjoyed it. The property is heavily wooded and located in a gated area which provides additional security. It is quiet and there is a nice restaurant less than a mile away along with a park on Lake Cypress Springs and it is only about 15 minutes to Lake Bob Sandlin State Park. The screened in porches, yes two, were very enjoyable for both us and our small dog. We had a minor issue but the owner addressed it very quickly.

Overall everything was good, the grill was out of propane and really needs to be cleaned. It would have been nice to have an extra roll of paper towels and TP since the ones there were not a new rolls. Just FYI, you're out of aluminum foil. It was very quiet, which my husband liked.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in the Piney Woods. The host and staff are so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed roasting hot dogs in the fire pit and visiting nearby state and local parks.

Tall Pines Tiny Homes is a private property designed exclusively for Tiny Homes! We have spaced out each home to allow for privacy and comfort amongst nature. The property is conveniently located one mile from a free boat launch (Overlook Park) and marina offering convivence store, live music, food, bar, gas/fuel, and water activity rentals. We also offer complementary parking for all your trailer and toys during your stay! Message us for details.

What makes this property unique

Set among rolling hills and towering pine trees, Lake Cypress Springs is said to be the most beautiful lakes in northeast Texas. Just 15 minutes away, historic Mount Vernon has grocery and great restaurants and 20 minutes to Winnsboro with boutique shopping and great restaurants. See our guidebook for up to date details. The closest public boat ramp is Overlook Park just down the road. If you are bringing watercraft (boat/jet ski) and/or RV please let us know in advance. We offer free parking for you trailer(s) during your stay at our "Over Flow Parking Lot". The lot is designed for large trailers and offers wide lanes of approximately 80 feet, gated and no public access. Vehicle parking is available directly in front of your house.
