Hey Shane. Glad you guys liked the house and seemed to enjoy your stay. Was there anything we could’ve done or provided you guys to get a higher rating than the 3 stars you left us? I know we had that honest mistake with the door code but we addressed that as soon as possible. Please let us know your feedback as high reviews is what generates most of our business. Thank you.

The beach house was perfect for our weekend stay in Tampa. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s nicely decorated with spacious kitchen, family room and outside sitting area beside the pool. Close to the airport, Raymond James Stadium and NYY spring training games. The owner no longer owns the pontoon boat for rentals. Also, the pool table and darts are designed more for younger kids and not adults. All in all, great space to land for a trip to Tampa.

Great stay in Tampa

The weather wasn’t great so it was helpful to have the game room for the teens - they spent a lot of time playing ping pong. Overall great house.

Beautiful getaway home

Our family of 5 (2 adults/3 teens) spent 8 days at this wonderful property. The house was extremely clean and welcoming when we arrived. Check in was super easy with the door code provided the day of check in. Our host checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and was readily available for any questions we had. The pool and gaming area were a teen (and parent) paradise where we spent most afternoons and evenings after exploring the area. It rained 2 of our days there, but the covered outdoor patio remained dry the entire time for us to sit outside and enjoy. The bedrooms are spacious and would have easily accommodated twice as many people as our party (there’s even a large pullout couch in the office nook) without feeling cramped. Our only complaint about the bedrooms was the lack of dressers to unpack our clothes, but the host provided ample hangers in the closets to place our clothes and we used the nightstands to store socks and undergarments. The only real complaint we had about this stay is obviously something the host has NO control over and hopefully won’t be the case during further stays; there are 2 dogs from different houses near the property that bark at each other ALL DAY LONG starting early in the morning and going until dinner. As the primary bedroom is located at the very rear of the house, this was what woke my husband and I up every morning. Overall we would 10000% stay here again and would absolutely recommend!
