We stayed in this home for almost 6 weeks and had a great stay. There are many amenities, including a heated pool and fun putting green. The backyard is very private and filled with beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend this property. Our host, Dylan was quick to respond and extremely open to helping with our needs.

Pool was great and my grandkids loved the pool as well as the entire property. So nice to walk out of the house and screened in area into a great pool. I would say we had a great time and the general cleanliness of the house, linens and pool was very good. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. However, the pictures show a pristine property but at this point it is a bit weathered. Some power washing, furniture and drapery cleaning and fence repair would make a big improvement. This was our first time going to Tampa as a family and overall we had a great time. The host was responsive and friendly. We were made to feel at home in the property.

The house is in a great location. The pool was nice and back yard landscaping was beautiful. The house was spacious. Host was fast to respond about any questions we had. House was perfect for our family get away and we would stay here again!

We had a great time staying here with our friends and all of our kids. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids in their 20’s to enjoy spending time together. The house was exactly as pictured - it was clean, beds were comfortable, the living room was a perfect gathering place, the pool and games were a big hit and the location was great. We would definitely rent it again!

Beautiful Tropical Getaway

This place was amazing! The backyard was meticulously landscaped with many different types of palms and plants. Add the perfect pool and hot tub and all stress disappears. The house itself was immaculate, well stocked and quite roomy so everyone was able to have their own space. In addition, the location is superb and the communication with the host was seamless. Great Pool House

Pros - nice big pool, lots of comfortable beds, location close to airport, restaurants, grocery, downtown, big tvs, screened in porch, putting green, grill, easy check in and out, Dylan is a great host Cons - tiny kitchen, no outdoor pool lights, neighborhood a little bit sketchy at night. Beautiful property

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The space was perfect for our group of 10. The home was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials for a much needed getaway. We especially loved the outdoor entertainment area, the pool and putting green! Perfect location, close to the beach and downtown. Dylan was a great host, very friendly and responsive, and was kind enough to accommodate us with an early check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean house in Tampa

This property fit a weekend trip with adult friends very well. The house and pool were extremely clean and well maintained. The manager of the property Dylan was excellent - very responsive and helpful. We were able to comfortably fit about 10 adults there. Location is good, 15 minutes to downtown if you're looking for a house with a pool it's a great option.
