About this property

Bring the whole family with you for some fun in the sun. The house is located on a 250-acre former youth camp, and if you are looking for relaxation or play, you will find it here. Just a short walk or golf cart ride down to a shared private beach, trails, pickleball, and playing fields for kids. Guests are free to use all the kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, games, and toys. It is also close to several ski mountains, (Sunapee 35 mins, Crotched 20, and Pats Peak 15), all great family mountains.

This home is quite spacious with an updated kitchen and living space. Plenty of room for the family to spread out, and a separate game room for the kids! Note* The big green barn building behind the house is the camp's maintenance shop. We use it to store the equipment mostly. It is pretty quiet most of the time, and we are still waiting for the green giants to grow up as a fence.

The house has a private parking area and is nestled in a private wooded area. Plenty of parking for all your friends and family.

You will have access to White pond lake. It is a semi-private lake with 150 feet long beach access for the camp guests only.

There are all different sizes of lifejackets, beach chairs, zero gravity chairs, paddles, etc. in the boathouse. Please put everything you take out back to the original place after each day of use. Really appreciate.

Clean, fresh, ideal for families

Super clean. Modern kitchen. Game rooms. Outdoor fire pit, gas grill, large green area. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful enclosed porch to enjoy sunrise. Plenty of bedrooms, linens, towels, blankets and TV's 😂. Beautiful crystal clear lake with sandy beach, canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. Host was only a quick text away and Caretakers were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a great family vacation home and spot. Thanks Nick (and team)

# of Bathrooms incorrect!!!

The house has been updated and was very nice and clean on the inside. The biggest complaint is that the listing is wrong!!! It states there are four bathrooms and that is incorrect… There were only 2 1/2 which was a huge inconvenience for us. We had a lot of people and chose that location, even though it was farther out than what we wanted, because it had four bathrooms, so we were struggling the whole week with only two showers and 10 people. The extra 1/2 bath didn’t even have a mirror so we couldn’t get ready in there. There were no washcloths nor extra blankets but they did have some sent up after I contacted the host and asked for them. There was an issue with the furnace the day we arrived, but they had someone come fix it the next day! Overall the house was nice and roomy and the owners were nice and very prompt to take care of our needs. The biggest factor for us was the listing being inaccurate as far as number of bathrooms. Other than that we had a great time!

Relaxing

We loved our first stay here, our kids had so much fun using the paddle boards and kayaks and trampoline. (The trampoline could’ve used some more air as it was really slack our last day there) We had a really good vacation and look forward to staying with you guys again in the future.
