Private Beautiful Family villa by a sandy beach

On the beautiful pine-covered island of Skiathos, in the central Aegean, world famous for its fine sandy beaches, a lovely 350 sq.m. villa built in the middle of an olive grove overlooking the sea, is offered for rental.
It is situated 50 meters above a small white-sand beach to which it has direct access through a private path.
This unique house sleeps, in full comfort, 14 people in
2 master suites with ensuite shower rooms
2 twin bedrooms with en suite shower
1 studio master bedroom with en suite shower, and
1 large playroom / bedroom (24 sq.m.) for 4 children/teenagers with ensuite shower and
1 delightful seaside bungalow for two.
In addition, service quarters for two people are provided.

Its 500 sq.m. terraces and lawns face a panoramic north-east to south-east breathtaking view of a rising moon- or sunrise, if you are an early bird!
In addition, two kitchens are provided (one with barbecue) and a delightful flower enclosed patio for breakfast.
There is Free Wi-Fi & Satellite TV provided. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom, and a plasma TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all electrical appliances as well as complete dining and breakfast sets. Bedlinen, Towels as well as beach towels as provided. There is a laundry room and storage room also available.
This gem is located eight kilometers from the town of Skiathos (a ten minute drive) on the Kalamaki peninsula.

Blissful holiday

We all loved this villa with its stunning views and access to the beach which was barely used by others. Both the owner and housekeeper were hugely helpful.

Second visit even better than first

Up the steps from a secluded beach, the house, in one of the best locations on the island, has an amazing balcony with views all the way to Skopelos and Evvia. The communication with the owner was very professional and the housekeepers make your stay trouble free. We hope to be back soon for another visit.

Amazing location and breathtaking view!!

The experience was great and had an amazing time! The villa is on a great location and all rooms are very spacious and decorative. The house was peaceful with a positive atmosphere. The beach was under the villa, almost private with white sand and crystal clear water. Good housecleaning service. Ideal for family vacation!

Phenomenal location and property

Amazing stay. You have a whole cliff to yourself with a private beach, olive garden and your own spices and lemons if you like to cook. The villa is better than the pictures. They don't do justice. 2 ladies who are house help will make your life so easy. If you want to disconnect and just relax, this is a perfect spot.

Wonderful beautiful home. The most gorgeous views, beautiful rooms. Nothing to want for!

An absolute dream of a home. Furnished beautifully and so comfortable. The host was so helpful and recommended the best sites and restaurants even though we never wanted to leave the home! A perfect home and we definitely come again. The island of Skiathos is so friendly and absolutely beautiful.
