Thank you for the feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points. The home was recently renovated, including brand-new bedding and a new couch, and is well maintained. We checked in multiple times on the first day to ensure everything was satisfactory but did not receive a response. The home has separate upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems, allowing guests to independently control temperatures. A winter storm occurred during the stay, and had we been contacted, we could have easily directed the guest to optimize the settings for consistent heating. No heating concerns were communicated during the stay. The hot tub was fully operational and heated properly; however, the cover was left off overnight, which in winter conditions will cause the temperature to drop and prevent it from reheating properly. We were not notified of any issue and would have addressed it immediately if contacted. We respond promptly to guest messages and did not receive communication during the stay regarding comfort concerns. Early check-in was not available, as the full turnaround time was needed to properly prepare the property. We appreciate feedback and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so any concerns can be resolved in real time.
