Welcome to Starboard! You'll love this updated 3-bedroom home in the Tiger Point golf community with a backyard oasis and sparkling new pool, located only 10-15 min from Pensacola Beach (depending on traffic). This comfy home with a beach cottage vibe is the perfect getaway for your Pensacola vacation.
The home is located within the Tiger Point community with easy access to the Tiger Point Golf Club, open to the public. Nestled along the gentle shores of the Santa Rosa Sound, Tiger Point provides the perfect balance of recreation and challenge.

Property Features

Beautiful coastal home with 3 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms and ample space to mingle or enjoy some down time.
 Open floor plan features a spacious living area with views looking out onto a private backyard with shimmering pool and pergola.
Modern, gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, quartz countertops.
The dining table and kitchen peninsula with bar stools offer different options for seating/eating.
Primary suite features a king memory foam bed with Tommy Bahama linens, large closet space and view of the pool area. The primary bath includes a large separate vanity area, and tub and shower area.
Guest bedrooms also feature memory foam mattresses, high end linens, and ceiling fans for your added comfort.
All bedrooms feature flat screen smart TVs with complimentary access to Youtube TV (60+ channels/live TV), Disney+, HBO/MAX, Paramount+, Discovery+, Peacock and Apple TV+.
 New foosball table provides additional hours of inside fun for your group.

The backyard is completely enclosed with privacy fencing.
The pool can also be heated for an additional fee of $40/day or $250/week.
Pool heat will be added separately and included as an additional fee.
The pool does require up to 14-18 hrs. to heat up to 86-88 degrees.

Guest Access: You will have private access to the entire home with your own front door security code. The code changes with every reservation, door codes will be given the day of check-in.

Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 5:00PM
Check-out time: 10:00AM These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival.  All guests and belongings must be out of the unit, as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guest. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. 
The pool can also be heated for an additional fee of $40/day or $250/week.

Other things to note:
There is a Ring doorbell security camera at the front door.
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. 
There is absolutely NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property. 
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Please be mindful of your neighbors, all are full-time residents, and some have lived here for over 30 years.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Free cancellations up to 14 days of your arrival date.
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.

Renter must be 25+ years of age.
