Residential neighborhood consisting of full-time, second homes, and rental cabins. Quiet hours after 10 PM.

Getting Around:
Cabin is easily accessible for all cars and drivers; GPS friendly!

Other Things to Note:
GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS HOME. All guests that book this home will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID.

— MAX GUEST COUNT OF SEVEN (7) ALLOWED IN THE JACUZZI AT ONE TIME.
— NO PARTIES, BACHELORETTE or BACHELOR GROUPS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
— NO PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.
— NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
— HOME IS NOT SAFE GUARDED FOR BABIES OR CHILDREN.
— STAIRS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTERING AND EXITING THE HOME.
— FLY FISHING ONLY. CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY

Please note that the outdoor fire pit at the house is wood burning. Firewood is not provided or left for Guests, and Guests are responsible for all wood. Should Guests want the Host to facilitate firewood prior to arrival, the Guest will need to notify and message the Host in advance of arrival so the Host can accommodate *based on availability*. Guests will be responsible for firewood expenses.

HOME IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED WITH EACH STAY AND ALL HOME DEFECTS/DAMAGES ARE NOTED PRIOR TO NEW GUEST ARRIVALS. GUESTS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF ANY OBVIOUS DAMAGES UPON CHECK IN AND NOTIFY HOST IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD GUESTS NOT NOTIFY HOST, HOST WILL ASSUME DAMAGES ARE DUE TO GUESTS OCCUPYING PROPERTY, DAMAGES WILL BE NOTED UPON CHECK OUT, AND REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS WILL BE SENT ACCORDINGLY.

Please note that the indoor fireplace is not operational from April to October, during the warmest part of the year in North Georgia. We do have an outdoor fire pit for your enjoyment year-round!
