My wife and I stayed here in January 2026. The condo is in a great location, just steps from 5th avenue, and all kinds of restaurants just steps from the door. The roof top pool is a big positive with 3 pools spaced out. The heated pool got the majority of people when I was there, but it never felt crowded. There was a good presence of security around the building, and we always felt safe. The condo itself was well represented in the photos and in good repair. I recognize this is a rental unit, but it would benefit from a couple of upgrades. There were no hand towels near the sink so we picked up a couple at Walmart. We visited some other units that included a 5 gallon water tank, which would have been appreciated. There were 2 things that stood out as negatives, the water heater is quite small and would only allow a shower of 2 or 3 minutes before it got cold, when I compared the size of the heater to other condos it was a smaller unit. The other item was the balcony. We could see many residents had more comfortable chairs / table and drying racks to hang towels on at the end of the day. The 2 chairs and small table were functional but an upgrade here would have allowed us to use the balcony more frequently. All things considered I would recommend this unit to other couples, I don’t think it would work well for more than 2 people.
