Family Beach Home - 400 yards from the Ocean

This beautiful 2 story 4 bedroom home is a wonderful place to vacation! The entrance to the house is on the second floor where you walk into the renovated dining room. The living room, master bedroom (queen bed), children's bedroom (two twin beds) and one bathroom are on the same/main floor. The upstairs has two bedroom accommodations. One bedroom has a double bed and toddler/twin bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms. This bathroom has been added/new January 2022. The bathroom on the first/main floor was completely remodeled on October 2022. The home sleeps 9 in total! The home amenities include refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, dishes and utensils. The entire home is air-conditioned. You have everything at your fingertips except for your food and linen! There is a patio and gas firepit in the front yard -seating for 8. There is also a table for six with umbrella in the back yard (fenced in) and gas grill. In addition, the back yard had a patio with a gas firepit. The spacious back and side yard are perfect areas for children to play and/or families to relax in the peaceful and safe environment. Reggio Avenue is on a dead end street. Please see reviews for renter's positive comments! It will definitely be "your" beach home for your stay.

Great House Near the Beach

Carol's property was a perfect fit for my family's yearly trip to OOB. The house was a short walk to the beach, close to downtown OOB and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Carol was a responsive and great host, and was always available while giving us the space to enjoy our stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider staying again next year!

Amazing house close to beach

Everything you need is at this 4 bedroom beautiful house. Lovely back yard witha barbaque table and chairs and fire pit. House is Located in very quiet neighborhood but close to beach, stores and everything you need. Host is lovely and caring and wants your stay at her house to be perfect. The house is a perfect vacation place

Lovely location in Ocean Park

Carol was a lovely host and was easily accessible during our time in Maine (but gave us ample privacy too). The location of the house was great— short walk to a great beach; about a 20 minute walk to Palace Playground and a 10 minute walk to little shops in Ocean Park. The neighborhood is quieter than the heart of OOB which we appreciated. We enjoyed being able to use the small yard and outside space. The unit was fine for our needs; it could use some updates and a bit of a deep clean (ceiling fans were very dusty, plastic mattress protectors were not super clean). However I felt the online listing was accurate so there were no major surprises. And FYI the unit is on the second floor so there is a full flight of stairs to enter and exit, just in case that’s not clear from the listing

Great location

This was the first time we rented a property for a family vacation with our children and grandchildren and we were so delighted with everything. It is such a short walk to the beach, we were able to use it sunrise to sunset because it was so close and easy to come and go. It is on a very quiet street and there is plenty of outside room. We enjoyed both the front patio and the side and backyard. Everything was just as it is described and the owner is so welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Location!

The property location was fantastic to the beach. Having a back yard for the kids to play was ideal!! This was a very nice place to stay with family and the Host was very responsive to everything. Thanks for the great memories!!

Why they chose this property

Reggio Avenue is located away from the center of town so it is a quieter location to enjoy the beach and area of Ocean Park. The family home is quiet, well maintained and a very short walk from the beach. The center of town is about a 10 minute walk. No need to pay parking fees. OOB is a 15 - 20 drive to Portland and area attractions.
