About this property

New 3 bedroom house located 1 mile from the beach, downtown Old Orchard and Ocean Park. This new development was completed in 2022 and is located in a quiet area with easy access to the Trolley/bus stops with a walking distance to 3 restaurants! Amenities include: 3 queen size beds, 2.5 baths, new stainless kitchen appliances with quartz countertops. Workstations available in each bedroom for working remotely. Other amenities include a community pool and outdoor table for the family meals on the private back deck. Portland, Freeport and Kennebunkport all are within 30 minutes of the house for site seeing or shopping.

Cleanest, most well appointed VRBO you’ll find!

Our stay at this beautiful, newly constructed beach house was just what our family needed. From the moment we checked in we felt like we had everything we needed and more! The owners have done an exceptional job with the decor and amenities. The cleanliness is next level and made everyone feel that much more comfortable. We were greeted with the most thoughtful and delicious welcome gift and checked in on to make sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were a message away if we had any questions and very prompt with responses. The house is nestled into a nice little corner and we were visited everyday by turkey’s! The neighborhood is filled with respectful adults and children. Perfect for a quiet family getaway. The pool was the cherry on top and although we didn’t use it a lot, it was a great option to have and never crowded or dirty. Location was perfect to OOB, Ocean Park and Pine Point! Don’t hesitate to book if you’re looking for a quiet, memorable family vacation, with everything you need at your finger tips!

Beautiful Beach Home

My family and I recently stayed at this home in Old Orchard Beach. The home was absolutely beautiful - light, airy and very clean. The homeowners really put a lot of thought into the home - there were helpful instructions about the home appliances, internet access and TV and information about area attractions and restaurants. We cooked quite a few times in the house and everything we needed to use was right at our fingertips. We were able to reach the homeowners right away when we had questions - they were very responsive. Although OOB is a busier coastal town, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood - close enough to the beach, but a nice escape at the end of the day. It is well situated so that we could travel to other towns easily during our stay, such as Portland and Freeport. We very much enjoyed this rental and hope to book again in the future.

Lovely house and great location

Memorable Stay in OOB!

This lovely beach house was perfect for our needs for our family's first visit to Maine! The house super clean, well appointed, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The location provided easy access to Old Orchard Beach and was central to many other towns/sites along the southern Maine coast. Denise and Bernard were attentive hosts with excellent communication from booking to departure and even provided a thoughtful welcome gift. We hope to return!

We are excited to share our house with your family to make some great summer memories at Old Orchard Beach! We have spent many days in our youth with our families in OOB and want to encourage other families to discover the area. We purchased this condo in 2021 and plan to retire there in a few years. We have decorated it in a costal-farmhouse decor and hand picked the best colors and items to make it welcoming and peaceful. We look forward to sharing the house with your family.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or spend your evening dining on the back deck overlooking a wooded area. This house has the coziness of a beach bungalow but space for the whole family with 1600 sq feet of living area. First floor Master bedroom and 2 other second floor bedrooms each include TV with streaming content of Hulu, Disney Plus and ESPN. A 65 inch TV is also located in the living area for family movie night!
