Get away from the city and enjoy some quiet time at this rustic genuine log cabin. Sit on the front porch and enjoy your private view of the pond or take a 2 minute walk over to Yellow Banks Lake and hang out on the beach and fish.

Located just 20 minutes from Santa Claus, IN and Holiday World, Lincolns Boyhood Memorial, Interlakes, and much more, this cabin puts you in a prime spot to do whatever you have in mind.

Fully loaded kitchen, patio views, wireless internet & a private view on a pond. Don't worry about parking as there is plenty of it for all of your travelling essentials. This charming cabin is larger than it seems with all of your outdoor living space to enjoy!

Family room & kitchen and 3/4 bath on the main level, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Up the hand cut wood steps is the loft, sleeping a Queen bed and two twin beds. These stairs are steep and have thin hand rails.

The private front porch on the pond, make for a great escape.

**If you have a big group/family, why not rent our whole row of cabins? Cabins 1-4 sit on their own private pond and our bigger Cabin 5 is a stones throw away. All together, our 5 cabins would be able to accommodate 31 people!

We took a road trip to Santa Claus Indiana. We rented this cabin. We loved the cabin and the place. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Pictures are deceiving. Cabin #3 hadn’t been cleaned from prior guests when we went in. Host was great and moved us down to cabin #1, fast! She ensured us this one had been cleaned. It had clean beds & linens. The bathroom was clean has clean towels, the shower is hot & has great pressure too. But you could spend a whole day dusting around this place. I swept the bottom floor, no one had. You could tell all they had been cleaning was the middle traffic areas of the floors and not walls and edges. Not that it’s a big deal if you’re like us & brought our kids but all 3 beds are in same loft area. If you’re planning on someone sleeping on the couch bring blankets, one to keep you off of it & one to cover up with. The water view is a little moss algae covered swamp pond with trash floating in it :( across the road is a pretty lake though! We’re used to bare minimum cabins, we’re avid hikers. This place has a lot of potential, someone needs to put some tlc into it.

We were very excited for our first family trip with our one year old for Christmas but there were too many roaches for us to feel comfortable even staying one night. We did get our money back except for the first night, which we never stayed, however, the cabin was nice other than that.

The location is easily accessible to Santa clause Indiana. We enjoyed the fishing and relaxing atmosphere. The cabins are close together but have privacy fences between. The steps to get up stairs to the beds are steep. The queen bed is tall to climb in but comfortable. Everything is furnished in cloud

Place was awful to find at night, the host tried to leave directions but we still got lost. There was no hot water, so we had to give the kids cold showers. The hot water was working in the morning, so I don't exactly know what the issue was. The stairs to the bedroom are extremely steep and unsafe, don't even know how those are allowed. Definitely don't recommend for kids. Not recommended for after holiday world, as you will struggle to find this place after dark. Place is extremely small
