About this space
This beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom cottage sits on one acre just outside of Santa Claus. It has all the cozy touches of home as well as plenty of outdoor space including the comfy front porch, fire pit, and gas grilling area. Surrounded by fields and forest, it is the perfect place to unwind in the country. It includes a laundry room and all consumables outside of shower toiletries.
Guest access
Guests are able to access the house and yard. We ask that they do not enter the detached garage or its lean-to.

Great Stay for Family Holiday World Trip

Stayed here with family for a weekend trip to Holiday World and it was perfect! Great space, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and clean. My three nephews had space to run around outside, and we enjoyed making s'mores over the fire pit. It was close to the park and made a wonderful home base.

Exceptional Stay Near Holiday World!

We stayed over the 4th of July holiday so that we could take our family to Holiday World. It is a quiet & peaceful country home with all the amenities you would need. The host was super hospitable and helpful with quick communication. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to the park!
