Great for kids &adults. Kitchen includes a fridge (1 of 2) with ice maker & filtered water dispenser, propane stove/oven, & dishwasher. Bamboo sheets. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided. Washer, dryer on main floor. Dining table seats 10. Propane grill & wood burning fire pit. Wifi, 5 TV`s, blu ray/dvd , Netflix, Hulu, & Disney +. 3 King, 1 Queen, and 4 twin (2xbunk beds) + Queen pullout. Occupancy (14) doesn’t include 1 child under 3 (1 crib provided).

The main floor includes three bedrooms. The Blue Bedroom has a King Bed, Crib, and en suite 4 piece bathroom. The Sage Bedroom has a King Bed and is located adjacent to 3 piece bathroom on Main Floor. The Maroon Bedroom has King Bed and is located adjacent to 3 piece bathroom on Main Floor. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Navy Bedroom features a Queen Bed and is adjacent to the 3 piece bathroom in the basement. The Taupe Bunk Bedroom features 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds) and is adjacent to the 3 piece bathroom in the basement. The Basement features a Pull Out Queen Size bed located in one of the couches with access to the 3 piece bathroom in the Basement.

You will have access to the whole home. You will receive a code for the door within the week before your booking begins.

The cabin is located in a secluded area surrounding by trees and sitting on 13 acres.

You will need a vehicle for transportation

The cabin is accessed by driving on a gravel road. The cabin is located in a serene, quiet hollow surrounding by lush trees and wildlife.
No hunting, do not remove towels or blankets from home (do not use on patio or near fire pit), practice fire safety around fire pit and grill, no fireworks. Individual renting property must be at least 25 years of age or older.

We had a great weekend at the cabin. Our extended family of 12 stayed here while we visited Holiday World for the weekend. The cabin was perfect for us. Everything was stocked excellently. The kitchen had everything we could need for preparing meals. The hosts thought of everything, from phone chargers to outlet strips to plug my laptop in at the desk, and a welcome basket of goodies for the weekend. The house was perfectly clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Even though there is no cell service in the immediate area, the fiber internet worked great at the house, perfect me to access things I needed for work. We’ll definitely try to stay here again on a future trip to southern Indiana.

This property is the most thoughtfully stocked place I've ever stayed. There was absolutely nothing that wasn't provided, even above and beyond. There was so much space for our group of 12, yet plenty of privacy when needed. We utilized the grill, the firepit and chairs, the entire kitchen...everything was great! It was a short walk to the covered bridge with very little traffic, and a short trip to dinner at The Chateau followed by a concert at Lincoln. Communication was a breeze. We all wished we'd planned a longer stay!

This place was perfect! So many great amenities - from Bluetooth speakers, excellent game room and theater, fire pit and decor was extremely well done. Very comfortable for our whole group. This place is off the beaten path which is great if you don’t plan on going out much. Everything you need was at the place!

This property is perfect for a big bunch who likes to have fun! There was ample space inside and a nice fire pit outside. The basement downstairs is perfect for the kids. The property owners were very easy to work with, and great hosts!

Beautiful home for family gathering

Wonderful family getaway

Our family absolutely loved our Holiday World getaway! The cabin was perfect for our large family with small kids. We spent the days at Holiday World and evenings around the fire making s'mores. The grandkids loved the bunk bed room! Perfect for their cousins "sleepovers'
