Perfect Cuyuna Stay for Families

Barb has great attention to detail and understands what most guests might need/want for their stay! We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, games for the kids, clean spaces, and locked garage for all of our gear. The location was perfect for hopping on the MTB trails and dipping into town as needed.

Great place for families to enjoy the area!

The house was perfect for two families to enjoy the Ironton / Crosby area. The kids loved all the toys and playhouse! We are excited to stay again in the near future!

This house was the perfect location for a Cuyuna bike trip with our family. It’s across the street from the path to the trails. The yard is so charming with fire pit, yard games and more. The house has so much room to spread out, comfy beds and fully functional kitchen. It was a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back!!! 10/10!!

Great location and property set up for a weekend of mountain biking. Was super helpful to have garage access for safe overnight bike storage. Beds were very comfortable. I would re book staying here without hesitation!

Ideal location...kind host

This property is ideal for group planning to mountain bike in the Cuyuna area. It's located as close as you can be to the primary trailheads and the rally center. Bars and restaurants are close walk and the grocery store is a close drive. Barb is a fantastic host.

The host was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Cleanup instructions were clear and simple. The house is great, more bedrooms than lots of other places in the area, two bathrooms, great yard, and directly off the bike trail. Couldn't be happier.

Perfect location, great house.

This property is a well outfitted, perfectly located house right outside the entrance to the state park. If you came to the area to ride bikes, rent this place. I also appreciated the 1 acre lot that made us feel like we had plenty of space in the midst of a town that can feel pretty cramped. Enjoyed the little touches here and there such as pickleball paddles for the courts that are just down the street. Use of the garage was also super clutch to store all our bikes. Definitely will try and stay again next time we are in the area.

Mt. Biking Over Memorial Day

Our stay was so comfortable. This property couldn't be any easier to access the mt. biking trails. We rented kayaks from Cuyuna Outfitters and were able to walk from the house to the boat landing. Kitchen was well stocked, lots of room for everyone to spread out, yard for the dog to get outside, and great location, lovely sun porch to escape the mosquitos and sprinkling rain--couldn't ask for anything more! We will defiantly be back.

Bike trip to Crosby/Ironton

The place was better than we even expected for two couples who were there for a quick biking centered weekend. As advertised it is right off the bike trail with easy access to both the paved Cuyuna Lakes Trail but also the Mountain bike trails. And the air conditioning was very appreciated after a hot sweaty bike outing. As 2 couples in our 50s, there as PLENTY of space. One couple stayed upstairs with a full bath while the other stayed downstairs with a full bath. It would have even fit a third couple well given that there was a third bedroom on the lower level. We cooked both nights and found everything that we needed n the fully stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great stay.

Love the three season porch and spacious yard. Family friendly with firepit, yard games, two story playhouse (built by Grandpa Z) for the older kids. Many family memories made here.
