House is a great location, bed is super comfortable, everything was clean and a great place to relax after a day in town. Hot tub and jacuzzi tub do not work which was unfortunate, tried contacting the property manager but didn’t get a response regarding that. Overall great place to stay but if you plan on booking for the hot tub, you’ll be let down.
Was perfect cabin for couple and close to everything!

The cabin was clean and we felt safe. The wall heaters and fake fireplace did not really warm the place up. The 'toiletries' were a joke and there was no coffee provided as in other places I have stayed. All minor issues, but probably would choose a different place next time. Dont be fooled by the photos- there is a very uncomfortable futon where the couch should be.
This property is a neat little get away for couples. Location was perfect for our needs. Had just a few small hiccups but Josh was quick to reply and fix. Only down side was the overall cost, in my opinion it’s a little on the steep side.
My husband and I traveled here for a quick weekend getaway and it was really nice. You get the feeling of being secluded but you’re only minutes away from everything. We had a couple of hiccups to start but the owner was very quick to respond and deal with any issue we had! Definitely will be back to the area with the rest of the family!
The cabin is older so don’t expect to see brand new modern stuff. It was clean. The couch/ futon doesn’t really have any cushion so it’s a little hard. The bedroom mattress was extremely soft and seems well worn. It wasn’t horribly uncomfortable but could need to be replaced soon, imo. Kitchen seemed to be well start with all your kitchen needs. The host was really nice and communicated with us very well when we needed him.
The property was as described. The hot tub was malfunctioning while we were there. The heat woeked, but the jets would not turn on. Everything else was as described. Lots of large spiders and bugs on the porch facing the woods. Its a cabin in the woods, so it is understandable. It looks like there may have been a roof leak at some point above the door to the bedroom, pictures attached. The location is perfect for a visit to Helen if you want to stay just outside of town. We had a great visit to Helen, and we would stay here again. Outside of the two minor issues, this place was perfect!
