Additional comfort is provided by a sleeper sofa, a half bath on the main level, and ceiling fans in all rooms. The cabin boasts a game room with a retro arcade and air hockey table plus an outdoor hot tub for leisurely relaxation. Enjoy the outdoor seating area, perfect for sitting under the stars, and a park-style grill for those BBQ evenings. "The 3 Bears" enjoys a prime location, just a 3-minute drive from the Parkway. Perfect location. Clean and new property.

This property is exactly as listed and it’s location from the parkway in Pigeon Forge is so great. We were able to get it it to restaurants, activities, and shopping quickly but get back to the cabin equally as quick when needed. The house was super clean and is clearly a relatively new construction with new amenities. Only complaint with the whole property was the unequal heating in the home; upstairs bedrooms were probably 80+ degrees with the heat set at 65 with the remaining common areas only being at set temps. We were able to combat this by cracking a window in the rooms to even out. Would highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

Nice new cabin.

Love the cabin. My only issue was when the heat was on to keep downstairs warm upstairs was exrta hot. Good location a few minutes from everything in Pidgeon Forge.
