A Brand new 32 ft Camper set up with all the amenities. Close to Mall of Ga, Chateau Elan, Atlanta Roadway and Lake Lanier. Very close to Publix, Krogers and Restaurants. Much better thank a hotel room!

Forget all the other pluses and minuses of the place, the sewer/holding tank smell was impossible to ignore for four days and was overwhelming every day& night. Couldn’t stand to be there, needs to be pulled off the market until the issue is resolved, It could be a really nice spot but not until they get that under control.

Great small camper with multiple slide outs. Nice bedroom size. A couple of TVs with decent channels. Strong WiFi. Biggest downside is hot water is an issue but owner addressed it each time. We stayed in it for three weeks after our house sold while school was wrapping up.

Minutes from Chateau Elan

My gf and I were looking for a place to stay the night after visiting Chateau Elan. This place is perfect. Bigger than a tiny cabin and super cozy. The check in process was simple and easy. If you’re looking for a easy get away without paying high prices to stay onsite at Chateau Elan, this is a perfect alternative.

Nice camper itself, but ran into quite a few issues. First off, the camper is located directly across the street from the fire department. When I showed up, the camper was very hot (84 degrees) so a little uncomfortable initially. It was decorated cute. There is a privacy fence but a camera above that directly pointed at the camper just staring at you-not relaxing. There’s also a couple motion-detecting flood lights that are very bright pointed directly at you and it seemed a bit inconsiderate. There was no window covering for the door. The silverware selection is terrible. So many spoons and 1 fork. Tank was untreated and smelled awful. There are two fridges but one is hot and smelly. Trash was left in the trash can. The freezer had a bunch of loose refrozen ice packed down. Saw quite a few bugs. Mainly large ants. Water pressure was extremely low and temperature was inconsistent so my shower was half freezing and half boiling. Bed is very comfortable. Stayed in many campers before, this isn’t the standard.

We are so sorry for your experience! The camera is not pointed into the camper area it is only for the driveway so we can keep an eye on who enters our property when it is not rented and when we have guests arrive. We have pulled the listing until we can figure out what is going on with the tank. We thought we were correcting it with cleaner and empty it often so not sure what’s going on with it. Thanks for the feedback!

Leaning camper of Buford

This was an absolutely great stay! We would book a trip here again for sure. Checking in, neighborhood, amenities; awesome! Everything was close by. It was leaning a bit towards the entrance. 😬 Hence the title.

It’s in a man’s backyard

This was the worst experience I’ve had renting an RV.. we’ve rented them from other sites and they’ve always been at RV parks or campgrounds unless it states otherwise in the listing.. no where did it say where this was located.. my stomach dropped instantly as my daughter and I pulled up to a man standing outside the home where the RV is parked. I didn’t get any check in instructions. The RV looked nice but had a weird smell but to be fair we only stayed for about 10 minutes before my gut said absolutely not. It did not feel safe as a woman with a young child to stay there at all.

Stephanie, I am so sorry this was not to your satisfaction. We have had nothing but great reviews on this spot. It is not in a man’s backyard, it is a 2 acre lot with a privacy fence around it. The house is also a VRBO and is highly rated with extremely wonderful guests. The check in instructions are provided through VRBO. We were very disappointed you left our door wide open all night with the air running as this is a brand new RV. It is a very safe area and I do apologize you didn’t feel safe enough to stay.

I highly recommend the stay! The RV was clean and seemed very new! The shower was tough (but I'm 6'3 and don't fit in any RV showers really lol) but myself and my 4 years old LOVED it! Thankful to the owners for such a great spot!
