Your vacation rental is located in highly desirable South Seas on the North end of Marco Island's Crescent Beach. Enjoy views of Marco Island's famous white sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico right from your own private lanai. Newly renovated and completely stocked with everything you need for a stress-free vacation. We offer beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, cooler, and more! Kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen essentials, although we're sure you'll mostly want to enjoy the fine dining Marco Island has to offer. Your community has a pool, tennis courts, fitness center and more for renters and residents to enjoy!

Perfect rental for our vacation!

We had a fantastic time in Marco island and loved the condo!! It was perfect for our family of five and so nice to have the convenience of a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms, living area, laundry, beach chairs/wagon/umbrella, pool, etc. the view from the 14th floor was spectacular and the condo was in the perfect central location and was very clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and we felt very welcome! We SO appreciated the late checkout as our flight wasn’t until evening time. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! We had such a great time and look forward to returning to the island and this condo!

Great family spot!!

Top notch all the way around. Joy was so helpful getting us checked in, recommendations and the works. Condo was very nicely updated, view absolutely amazing from the balcony. Great spot to watch the sunset and relax! Condo had all the amenities to make sure you had everything, even down to an extra cooler and beech accessories. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend. Thanks Edgewater and Joy!

Sea-Renity was perfectly serene

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful location and unit! Incredibly clean, comfortable and very well equipped kitchen and baths, this was the perfect place to stay on Marco! 5 minutes to everything anyone wanted to do and plenty of beach and pool space to just stay on property. Joy was super helpful and handled everything, thanks Edgewater!
