The owner, Tim Young, was an excellent communicator. He went above and beyond to make our stay great and make us feel welcome. Space was great, location was perfect, amenities were ample and well taken care of.

Spectacular View from South Seas Tower 4

The condo was set up perfectly for us. Full kitchen for all your cooking needs, bathrooms for each bedroom, balcony for relaxing, beach supplies (wagon, chairs, cooler, etc) for great beach days, and comfortable king bed. Only warning for elderly or those with kids, the beach is a long walk from gated entry to waters edge (approx 1/2 mile). It’s not a quick run back to condo for a snack, bathroom break and anything forgotten. Great places to eat within walking distance are Joey’s, Doreen’s and Verdi’s. Also heads up that there can be a long line to get thru security gate at South Seas during checkin day (Saturday). Host checked on us several times via text and had beverages waiting upon arrival.

Great location, would have preferred a manual key transfer rather than a lockbox. Nicely renovated unit, but way too many confusing electrical switches. Unit was very well stocked and equipped. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
