Patio and 2 car parking space. One cover and one un-cover. Indoor washer and dryer. Lovely white shutters in the kitchen and living room to facilitate privacy. 30 day minimum stay due to HOA regulations. Preferable long-term rentals, vacation rentals, especially “snow-birds” or professional medical/nurses.
