Downstairs:
The kitchen is equipped with all kitchenware, grilling utensils, coffee maker, and coffee. There is an island with two bar stools in the center of the room, and a first-floor washer and dryer off the kitchen.

The dining area encompasses a long rustic farmhouse style table with an elegant chandelier, and a gas fireplace at the end of the room providing a cozy ambiance year around.

There is a full bathroom downstairs with walk-in shower, and radiant heated flooring.

The living room is equipped with a smart tv and premium cable stations.

Off the living room is a den with a workspace and full-size sleeper sofa for additional guests over 6.

The enclosed front porch has another full-size sleeper sofa, as well as extra chairs, board games, and books for your enjoyment.

Upstairs:
At the top of the stairs there is a full-size bathroom with walk in shower. The first two bedrooms each have top-of-the-line queen, Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattresses, and a set of twin beds in the third room. The first and second bedrooms are also equipped with smart TVs. There are plenty of mirrors, vanity, and closet space, as well as space to store luggage.

Outside:
The lush and private backyard hosts a wide array of amenities: enjoy the outdoor gas firepit with Adirondack chairs, brand new Renson pergola with top-of-the-line furniture, grill, and patio table/umbrella which seats 8. There is an extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage, both of which you will have access to. There are also two bikes, a game of "bags" or "cornhole," depending on where you are from, and kayaks and a paddle board upon your request.

Fontana Beach:
We will provide the passes, beach bag, and towels. The beach is about a 5–8-minute walk from the property.
