Pristine Westhampton Rental

This is a pristine, light-filled 4500 sq ft home with an open living/dining/kitchen plan, cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, heated pool (in season), indoor gas fireplace, and outdoor stone firepit. The property sits on a lush acre with beautiful front and backyards, nestled within trees minutes from Main Street and local beaches. The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for kids to bike and play. Utilities and weekly cleaning fees extra per actuals. Available July and first half of August.

The house has an open plan with a living - dining area opening into a newly renovated chef’s kitchen with quartz countertops and the latest appliances. This is a perfect house for entertaining. The dining table comfortably seats eight people. And a large island that seats 4-6 people. The spacious living, dining area has a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings with French doors that open out into the deck. The living room has two three seater couches and 2 single chairs. There is also a three seater couch by the fireplace. On the first floor, there is a separate den / sitting area with 50” TV.

Outdoors: Grill on the 6-burner Weber barbecue and enjoy your meals poolside at the teak table and cushioned chairs. Or just swim in the heated pool (open from Memorial day to Labor day) and lounge on the beach chairs by the pool. The pool opens out further to a beautifully landscaped back yard. The pool and outdoor lounge area is situated on a newly constructed 2200 sq ft deck. There is also an outdoor stone fireplace with sitting area in the back yard.

First floor layout: Besides the living-dining area and kitchen, the first floor also has the Master bedroom with a King bedroom set and a separate sitting area with a TV and comfortable couch. It has a huge walk-in closet and a newly renovated bathroom with large walk in shower. This floor also has a newly renovated powder room, a den with a 50” flat screen LED TV, DVD player and a small wine cooler, a laundry area with a washer, dryer and ironing board. The 2-car garage is accessed through this floor.

Second floor layout: The second floor has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a den. Two of the bedrooms are in a newly constructed wing with a separate den (with TV and sofa) and bathroom (windowed with a bathtub, separate shower). One other bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (recently renovated) with twin beds, sky lights and separate study/ sitting area. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a sun-drenched en-suite bathroom (recently renovated) with a separate shower enclosure, a bathtub with soothing airijets.

Basement: There is a semi finished basement with a pool table, ping pong table and other board games.

Perfectly situated: 90 minutes from NYC (75 miles) and 20 minutes from Southampton. We are minutes from the ocean/ bay beaches and the shopping and restaurants on Westhampton’s Main Street. We are located 20 minutes from public golf courses and 20 minutes to upscale outlet-shopping outlets, one of the best water parks in the area, an aquarium, horse riding and a game farm. Close to a train station and the sports/ tennis center as well as a 7/11 for any emergency groceries. The convenient location of the house makes it just as easy to access the vineyards and golf courses in the North Fork as the shopping, restaurants and beaches in the South fork in towns like Southampton, Bridgehampton and further to East Hampton and Montauk.

Why they chose this property

It is a very short ride to New York City. Since it is the closest Hamptons town to NYC and hence we are able to avoid most of the treacherous Hamptons summer traffic.

What makes this property unique

The property is on a cul-de-sac which makes it quiet and perfect for kids to play/ bike. The house is also very close to main street and the beaches and the train station. On a good day, we love biking to main street and the beaches, both the ocean beaches with their strong waves and the calm bay beaches.
