We stayed in the Leeward building and it ended up being amazing. Small building right on the beach. At first we were worried it's too far from the main lagoon pool and way off to the side but it actually was just fine, less crowded beach then by the main buildings. We would definitely go back!

As close to the beach as you can get! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The fifth level provided a glorious view of the Gulf of America in all its beauty! We enjoyed our breakfast and dinners on the balcony overlooking the sunrises and sunsets! The couch was a cozy place to end our days after soaking in the sun on the provided beach chairs with the friendly man who set them out for us. The kitchen had about everything we needed for our 6 night stay. We had an issue with the bed being squeaky and it was repaired within 5 days of us being there so we got to enjoy the repaired bed on our sixth night. It was a fabulous accommodation for all of our needs! It had the best view of what we came for-God’s masterpiece, the ocean!

The property is beautiful, but the bed issue significantly impacted our stay.Before booking, I specifically asked whether the bed problem mentioned in previous reviews had been resolved. I explained that this was my only vacation and that I work 50 hrs a wk on my feet. Comfort and sleep were important to me. I was assured the issue had been fixed.Unfortunately, it had not.The bed was extremely noisy with even the slightest movement. Not mildly squeaky, but loud enough to repeatedly wake us throughout the trip. Every turn sounded like the frame or foundation was cracking apart.To their credit, a mattress topper was provided and the next day someone came to help install it. While it improved comfort, it did nothing to address the noise What became frustrating was the handling of the issue. We were told someone inspected the bed & could not get it to make any noise, despite the fact that it happened consistently every time we used it. We were also told they came by during one of the very few brief periods we were away from the property.We recorded and submitted a video of the noise to both VRBO and ECDI. We were told there would be follow-up, but never received any response.The disappointment isn’t that something was wrong. Things happen. The disappointment is that a known issue was represented as fixed before booking, remained unresolved during our stay, & was never meaningfully addressed after we provided proof. If the bed issue is truly fixed, would be 10/10.

We loved how easy it was to get to the beach! Great views. There is a pool at this building but is not a bad walk to the large pool. I like that there is a gym and restaurant on site too.

Loved the DJ at the pool and the Karaoke poolside. While the condo was drab and the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, the overall property was clean and safe. We had a blast and found great places to dine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I knew we had a view of the beach but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was just a few steps away. The roomy condo was a bonus but with the beach that close we were on the deck or beach as much as possible. In the evening plenty of fun places for food, fun and music near by.
