Lake Haven w/Breathtaking Lake Views, has 11 bedrooms, office w/sofa sleeper, 7.5 baths, 43 beds! The Chefs Kitchen with 2x everything! Lake Views from our 1100+sq. ft deck & 800 sq. ft. Patio w/fire pit & Hot Tub. You’ll love the Inside Slide & kids playhouse, game room & 3 gathering room’s w/LARGE TV’s. Yamaha digital piano, guitar & Ukulele = FUN!

Let OUR Lake Haven be YOUR Lake Haven! Our family found the magic of the beautiful carribean blue water colored Bear Lake over a decade ago and since then have made it our favorite family gathering place summer & winter! It was a dream to have a Bear Lake home of our own to come to, and this year OUR dream came true and we are excited to share it with YOU!

You will surely enjoy our home and all the amenities here and also those The Reserve has to offer including a clubhouse with 2 pools, hot tub, splash pad, exercise room, tennis courts, Pickle Ball court, and Basketball. You will also have access to The Reserve’s private beach (The beach size and access can vary, depending on the Lake water level). There is also a playground near the entrance of The Reserve. The Reserve is also near our other favorite place on the lake, North Beach. North Beach offers boat, jet ski, paddle board and other lake activity rentals (just East of the Public, North Beach entrance).

Our expansive 8400 sq. ft home with Sonos sound system throughout and 6 bedrooms with King Beds (3 also have bunk beds) , and 2 large bunk rooms that sleep 20 each in queen/over queen bunks, office w/sofa sleeper, provides a bed for everyone! Whether you’re inside or out, with our massive windows and glass doors and 2000 sq ft. of outside deck and patio, you feel and see the Lake almost wherever you are in the home! Need to work a little while having fun? We do too! That’s why you will find a personal Office right off the Kitchen & Great room, furnished with a sit to stand desk and 300 meg WiFi. The office has a queen sofa-sleeper, barn doors for privacy and a large window overlooking the Lake.

When you’re done for the day enjoying the Lake and area activities like swimming, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating, hiking, sightseeing or riding the many ATV trails right from The Reserve or perhaps Winter Snow activities like sledding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or skiing/snowboarding at Beaver Mtn. Resort, feel free to ask us for local rental recommendation for outdoor equipment. When you come home to relax, you will enjoy the FUN on the inside of our Lake Haven. Play pool, Air hockey, Ping Pong, shuffleboard, foosball, oodles of board games/cards, or settle into one of our 3 Gathering areas with plenty of comfortable seating and put on your favorite movie or curl up with a book and your favorite music playing throughout the house through the Sonos Sound System. Or perhaps it’s just time to soak in the Hot Tub or the Master/Main Standing tub for some quiet time and rest from your day of adventuring! YOU may be tired, but we all know children are never tired when we are, that’s why they will have hours of fun on our in-door slide and in the kids playhouse and TV corners in the bunkrooms for making memories of their own.

Enjoy the Main floor Great Room that welcome’s YOU with a comfy LoveSac sectional, leather chairs and a floor to ceiling large stone gas fireplace. The 75 in. Smart TV. nestled to the right of the fireplace is where you can watch your favorite movies or have your Family/group videos, and pictures rolling for all to enjoy! Love Music? We do! That’s why we’re so excited about groups making music with our Yamaha digital piano, guitar and ukulele.
That’s why we call it the GREAT room!

Whether you’re a Professional Chef or an award winning mass meal provider, you will find everything you need in our Chefs Kitchen. Create your culinary delights on our 60 in. Wolf stove and full size Double ovens. You will also find double microwaves, double dishwashers, double refrigerators. Double everything! Completely stocked with all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you will need to create culinary delights!

Our dining room with the massive Lake view has 2 large tables w/chairs, Kitchen Island seating, & Window bar/bench seating. Totaling 40+ people in chairs/bar stools/benches. There is also outdoor seating and folding tables and chairs in the garage if needed. There’s a seat for everyone!

Lake Haven is the perfect place for family or friend gatherings, corporate retreats, or pre-approved event gatherings.

LIVING SPACES

Main Floor:
Master/Main Bedroom: 1 Comfy King bed with an incredible Lake view. TV w/surround sound. Large shower, standing tub, 2 sinks, and private toilet area. Guest closet. Owner’s closet will be locked.

2nd Master/Main Bedroom: 1 Comfy King bed with side Lake view. TV. Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Great Room: Large or small group comfortable seating, 75 in. screen TV, Floor to ceiling gas fireplace, Music corner with Yamaha CSP 170 digital piano, guitar, ukulele, microphone & headphones.

Office: Large sit to stand Desk with a Monitor & comfortable desk chair & great Lake view & TV.
A Sofa complete with a Qn size pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping.

Kitchen: 60 in. Wolf Stove with griddle & 6 burners and double ovens, double dishwashers, double microwaves. Stocked with many spices, 2 lg. crock pots, lg. air fryer, electric fry pans, Kitchen Aid Mixer, & other appliances. Complete with large serving platters, 9 x 13 pans, and plates, bowls, cups and flatware for everyone!

Dining Room: 1 Large table with 14 chairs, 1 Large table with 8 chairs, 2 Islands with 12 bar stools total, and one window seat with a bench for 6+.

Outdoor Upper Deck: Seating at picnic tables on Upper Deck and other outdoor furniture. Gas grill on upper deck.

Laundry room w/Sink: Feel free to use the Washer & dryer for your personal use. There is also a long counter with chairs that can be used for crafts, homework, or work station.

Slide to Lower Level: The kids will love sliding from the main level to the lower level and the play fort above it.

2nd Floor:
A bonus room looking over the lake with a comfortable sectional & 65 in. TV.
Bedroom #3: 1 King bed.
Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with tub/shower combo, sink & toilet a 2nd large bathroom w/shower, double sink and private toilet area.
Bunkroom: Sleeps 20 people, in 5 Queen over Queen, Bunk Beds.
Tv area with Love Sacs and Closet cove.

Lower Level:
Our lower level, unlike most basement’s, has 10 ft. ceilings, with a view of the lake from every room!
The Family Room: equipped with a 85 in. TV with Surround Sound and plenty of seating on the comfy sectional.
The Game Room: 8 ft. Pool Table, shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey & ping pong n back patio.
Bedroom #4: 1 King bed, with an additional bunk bed TwinXL/Queen
Bedroom #5: 1 King bed, with an additional bunk bed TwinXL/Queen
Bedroom #6 EnSuite: 1 King bed, with 2 additional twin/twin bunk beds & private Bathroom
Lower Level Bunkroom: 5 Queen over Queen bunk beds, sleeps 20.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms with separate sink/tub/shower areas (additional 3rd lower level bathroom connected to bedroom #6)
Laundry room/Vanity area: We have a large family and getting ready for anything can take some time and bathroom space, so we added an 8ft. counter with mirror and sink and also outlets for curling irons, blow dryers etc. to help you be on time to wherever you’re going! Washer & dryer also there.
Lower Level Outdoor Patio with Hot Tub & Fire Pit. Some Hot Tub towels available.

The Reserve at Bear Lake, is a prestigious gated community in Fish Haven. Among the features the The Reserve offers are: a clubhouse with Foosball, two outdoor pools, outdoor hot tub, splash pad, and a fitness center. There is also a sports court near the clubhouse with basketball and pickleball/tennis courts, and also a Frisbee golf course and a playground in The Reserve. Also included is access to a section of private beach on Bear Lake. The property boasts direct access right from the home to snow mobile and ATV trails. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is nearby featuring world class skiing.

Free parking is available on our property for 12-15 cars. The Reserve also has parking at the entrance for boats and trailers. ATVs can take trails from the property.
-No Pets of any kind. Due to our family’s severe allergies and asthma, we cannot allow pets.
-No Smoking, Vaping or marijuana/drugs on the house’s premises.
-Quiet Hours 10pm-8am
-Absolutely NO open invite parties/alcoholic parties or drug use!
* Fines from parties will range from $500-$3,000 to cover extra cleaning and penalties, plus additional cost to repair or replace anything damaged.
-Please ask before booking for college groups, fraternities/sororities & summer sales groups. They will only be approved is it is a dry event.
-$50 fee for lost or damaged clubhouse key fob
