Awesome Getaway! Nothing wrong with having to listen to Bugling all weekend. Just what we needed. We drove 5.5 hrs each way and did absolutely nothing! Sat on our lawn chairs at a couple viewing areas, took some pics and sat for hours and just waited. Perfect

It states 2 bedroom, but it is 1 bedroom with a loft. I was glad I could do stairs and let my friend with recent back surgery have the bedroom.

We had a great time looking for the Elk. Elk County Visitors Center was very nice. Many different viewing areas. And several near by. Deer right in the yard, we counted 11 with 1 buck. The cabin good , tight though. Loft area really just for kids/ teenagers. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with utensils,dishes and cookware. Full size fridge was great. Has a hot tub not able to use it. Maybe just for summer. Fair amount of privacy. Large couch great for seating. Don’t forget your bath towels! Over all was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Eating space inside was just the 2 stools at the counter. Has a charcoal grill we used. Offer pot and toaster . Over all we had a good time and would come back!

Perfect get away

We had a much needed weekend away , the place was comfy and cozy .Bed was very comfortable and great water pressure . Area was quiet and not far from places we were visiting .

Elk viewing getaway

We enjoyed our stay and this property is right across the street from the elk visitor center. You can’t get much closer than that. Our host was amazing and we can’t wait to go back again soon!!
