Includes Keurig with an assortment of coffee Pods. There is a private outdoor covered patio with chairs for your exclusive use. Also there is a Beautiful Pool in the fenced in backyard for your shared enjoyment. Property Owner lives on site in separate building. Property is in Central CT only 8 minutes to Interstate 91 in Wallingford. Less than 30 minutes to Hartford and New Haven and the CT Shoreline (Hammonassett State Beach). 1 Hour to the Casinos. Lyman Orchard Golf and Powder Ridge Mountain Resort are only minutes away. Renters must be Pet Friendly as we do have 4 small friendly dogs in the yard. Also, Pool House is fully air conditioned but is NOT heated.
